Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoids By Fufang Changpu Xunxi Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fufang changpu xunxi powder in the treatment of anal pain,bleeding,falling swelling,anal marginal edema,wound exudation and Promote wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation,and to explore its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of complications after mixed hemorrhoids operation.Methods: 80 cases of after mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy patients were collected between October in 2018 and January in 2020 from general surgery in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine postoperative treatment in the two groups,the treatment group was anal fumigation and sitz bath treated with fufang changpu xunxi powder on the second day after surgery(each fumigation for 10 min,sitz bath for 10 min,twice a day,continuous treatment for 10 days),the control group was treated with an iodophor solution(1: 20)for anal fumigation and sitz bath on the second day after operation(each fumigation for 10 min,sitz bath for 10 min,twice a day,continuous treatment for 10 days).By observing the anal pain,bleeding,falling swelling,anal marginal edema,wound exudate volume and recording wound healing time and length of hospital stay in two groups of patients before and on days 3?7 and 10 after treatment,statistical software was used to analyze.Give the final research results.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,body weight,course of disease and the number of wounds compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Postoperative pain: There was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 10 th days after treatment(P<0.05),The score of the treatment group was lower,indicating that the analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)anal marginal edema: There was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th days after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicating that the treatment group significantly reduced anal marginal edema.(4)anal falling swelling: There was significant difference between the two groups on the 7th and 10 th days after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicating that the treatment group significantly reduced anal falling swelling.(5)Postoperative bleeding and wound exudate volume: There was significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd day after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,This indicates that the treatment group significantly reduced postoperative bleeding and wound exudate volume in the early stage.(6)The difference of wound healing time and hospitalization days between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),The average wound healing time and hospitalization days in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion: Fufang Changpu Xunxi powder has good clinical effects in treating common postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids,and can promote wound healing and shorten the hospitalization days,no adverse reactions and side effects occurred during the medication,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
