| Affected by the aging of the population,the number of elderly people in China is increasing day by day,and the demand for medical care for the elderly is also increasing.Especially,the demand for medical care for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which have a greater impact on the elderly,is increasing rapidly,and the traditional medical service resources have been unable to meet existing needs.In sharp contrast,the development of the domestic Internet is in full swing.The State Council has made "Internet Plus" as a national strategic plan,which provides a new ideas for solving this problem.Some existing Internet medical enterprises have alleviated the contradiction between doctors and patients to a certain extent.but there are many problems such as light inquiry,fast-food diagnosis and treatment,lack of instantaneity and authenticity for the elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Internet diagnosis and treatment and the realization of "family doctor".The purpose of this project is to design a real-time and remote video inquiry system for family doctor based on Android.The project uses the open source SIP protocol stack such as Osip/Exosip to develop signaling control,and then use JNI technology to intercom audio and video.and then uses JNI technology to design audio-video intercom signaling control into three layers,which includes Android application layer,JNI layer and SIP protocol stack.Then,the C/S communication architecture of the platform is built by SIP technology to realize fast,stable and secure data interaction between the client and the server.The Android embedded technology and multimedia technologies such as RTP and H.264 are used to design and realize real-time video for family doctors and patients.The communication app makes the online diagnosis and treatment real-time and authentic.At the same time,the upper computer information management system is developed based on C#to facilitate doctors to manage information at the PC side.In addition,we must design a one-button consultation terminal for the elderly patients to enhance their experience.The real-time and remote video inquiry system for family doctors based on Android can effectively solve many problems existing in the existing Internet medical platform,such as remote diagnosis and treatment and the realization of "family doctor".It mainly promotes professional Internet medical services for elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and can become the basis of grading diagnosis and treatment.It has great theoretical and social value. |
