OBJECTIVE:Based on the idea of evidence-based medicine, systematic evaluation and meta-analysis were used to explore the effects of Taijiquan and Health Qigong on cardiovascular disease risk factors. To verify the control effect of Taijiquan and Health Qigong on cardiovascular disease risk factorsMETHODS:A randomized controlled trial was conducted on the intervention effects of Taijiquan and Health Qigong on cardiovascular disease risk factors using electronic resource databases such as CNKI,VIP,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and other paper search engines. The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the paper, and the data of the included literatures were analyzed according to the indicators of risk factors in various aspects. The retrieval time was from the construction of the database to December 2018.The risk of including study bias was independently assessed according to the criteria provided in the Cochrane Intervention Systematic Review Manual.Using blood pressure, blood lipid, and obesity as the main outcome indicators, data was analyzed using Review Manage 5.3RESULTS:The research on the intervention effect of Taijiquan on blood pressure indexes included 28 randomized controlled trials, with a total of 2736 subjects. The meta-analysis results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)indexes between Taijiquan group and non-exercise group(SMD=-0.17,95%CI[-0.27,-0.07],P=0.0008).The diastolic blood pressure(DBP)index of the Taijiquan group was significantly different from that of the non-exercise group(SMD=-0.76,95%CI[-1.13,-0.39],P<0.0001).There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)index between the Taijiquan group and other exercise Taijiquan group and non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.94,95%CI[-1.28,-0.61],P<0.00001).The difference of blood lipid(HDL)index between Taijiquan group and non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.77,95%CI[-1.01,-0.52],P<0.00001).Compared with the Taijiquan group and the non-exercise group, the difference in blood lipid(LDL)index was statistically significant(SMD=-1.40,95%CI[-2.23,-0.56],P=0.001).The meta-analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in the serum lipid index between the Taijiquan group and other exercise groups(P>0.05).A total of 23 trials involving the effects of Taijiquan on obesity were included in a total of 2003 cases. The meta-analysis results showed that the BMI index of the Taijiquan group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.33,95%CI[-0.62,-0.05],P=0.02).Compared with the non-exercise group, the index of hip circumference was statistically significant(SMD=-0.43,95%CI[-0.71,-0.15],P=0.003).Compared with the Taijiquan group and the non-exercise group, the WHR index was statistically significant(SMD=-0.84,95%CI[-1.12,-0.55],P<0.00001).There was no significant difference in body weight and waist circumference between the Taijiquan group and the non-exercise group(P>0.05).Compared with other sports groups, the WHR index of the Taijiquan group was statistically significant(SMD=0.01,95%CI[-0.00,0.02],P=0.04).There was no significant difference in body weight,BMI,and waist circumference between the Taijiquan group and other exercise groups(P>0.05).A total of 22 trials involving the effects of Health Qigong on blood pressure were included in a total of 1758 subjects. The meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in blood pressure indicators between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group(P>0.05).The meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in blood pressure indexes between the Health Qigong group and other exercise groups(P>0.05).A total of 21 trials involving the effects of Health Qigong on blood lipids were included in a total of 1728 subjects. The meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in blood lipid TC index results between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group(SMD=-0.70,95%).CI[-1.06,-0.33],P=0.0002).The difference in the results of the TG index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.70,95%CI[-1.12,0.27],P=0.001).The difference in HDL index results between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.56,95%CI[-0.92,-0.20],P=0.002).There was no significant difference in the blood lipid LDL index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group(P>0.05).The meta-analysis results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid index between the Health Qigong group and other exercise groups(P>0.05).A total of 10 trials involving the effects of Health Qigong on obesity were included in a total of 830 study subjects. The meta-analysis results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in body mass index results between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group(SMD=-0.20,95%CI[-0.37,-0.03],P=0.02).The difference in the results of the BMI index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.27,95%Cl[-0.54,-0.01],P=0.04).The difference in the results of the waist circumference index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-0.58,95%CI[-0.84,-0.32],P<0.0001).There was a statistically significant difference in the results of comparing the hip circumference index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group(SMD=-0.35,95%CI[-0.59,-0.12],P=0.003).The difference in the results of the WHR index between the Health Qigong group and the non-exercise group was statistically significant(SMD=-2.35,95%CI[-2.35,-0.48],P=0.003).The meta-analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in the BMI index between the Health Qigong group and other exercise groups(P>0.05).Data on other obesity indicators could not be analyzed due to the lack of included studies.CONCLUSION:In this study,a meta-analysis of blood pressure, blood lipids, and obesity, which are the risk factors for cardiovascular disease caused by Taijiquan and Health Qigong, showed that in terms of sports interventions,in the study of Taijiquan,24 types of simplified Taijiquan and Yang's Taijiquan It is the most used exercise intervention method. In the research on Health Qigong,Baduanjin and Yijinjing are the most used exercise intervention methods. The intervention time used in the study is mostly concentrated in 12 weeks(60 minutes/each,3 times/each week). In terms of outcome indicators,Taijiquan exercises have a significant effect on improving blood pressure, blood lipids,BMI,hip circumference and other indicators, and fitness Qigong exercises have a significant effect on improving blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL)indicators and obesity indicators.Although the effect of intervention on other indicators is not obvious but shows a decreasing trend,it is believed that the effect of using Taijiquan in sports to improve blood pressure may be better than fitness Qigong, and Taijiquan and Health Qigong for improving blood lipid and obesity indicators. All have an effect.According to the results of this study,to improve the patient's physical condition should choose the appropriate sports according to the patient's physical condition, improve blood pressure and blood lipid status, choose Taijiquan exercise exercise effect is more significant, fitness Qigong is more effective for weight loss, for improving cardiovascular disease The risk factors should be based on the patient's physical condition and the type of disease to formulate a sports prescription in order to achieve the best treatment.
