| Objective: This study is on the basis of pulmonary rehabilitation techniques applied in the treatment of interstitial lung disease in clinical practice,which lasts for many years from the lung disease division of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.By comprehensive collection and arrangement of datum of cases of patients with interstitial lung disease,which applied pulmonary rehabilitation techniques in the treatment area of lung disease division in our hospital during 3 years,to search the essentials,characteristics and series solutions of the treatment of the interstitial lung disease which applied pulmonary rehabilitation techniques on the basis of data statistics,to analyze and summarize the results of the study that combining with the experience of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in lung bi,to inherit and develop the academic ideas and practical experience of the lung disease division in this field of research.Methods: To collect the datum of cases of patients with interstitial lung disease,which applied pulmonary rehabilitation techniques in the treatment area of lung disease division in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine during January 2017-December 2019.It includes the general cases,diseases history,primary symptoms,the related physical and chemical inspections,the diagnostics,the patterns of syndrome and the applications of pulmonary rehabilitation techniques of the patients.Then sorting it and logging it into the new Microsoft Office Excel 2019 working table to set up a database,in order to analyze datum,sum up the experience,draw the conclusion with the methods of frequency analysis.Results: Through statistical analysis of the data of 673 included cases,it was found that most of the male and female patients were over 50 years old,and the pulmonary rehabilitation techniques for the treatment of interstitial lung disease mainly included the following 6 items:Chinese medicine encapsulation,exercise,acupuncture,massage,external counterpulsation and inspiratory muscle training.Thetotal application frequency was 1,617 times,with an average of 2.40 technologies per prescription.Six pulmonary rehabilitation techniques have been widely used in seven syndromes:spleen by fuhuo,phlegm heat syndrome;cold drink fu lung,lung collateral bizu syndrome;dampness and heat accumulate in tri-jiao syndrome;cold lung and kidney,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;gastrointestinal damp heat,phlegm drink bi lung syndrome;lung kidney yin deficiency,lung obstruction syndrome;deficiency of kidney essence and obstruction of lung collaterals.Two pulmonary rehabilitation techniques were used more frequently than 250 times: Chinese medicine encapsulation and exercise.The cumulative frequency is 54.42%,which is the core application technology.The 65 patients with interstitial lung disease who were not included did not use pulmonary rehabilitation technology for four main reasons:personal factors,objective obstacles,family and social factors,and the influence of medical personnel.Conclusion:1.Through the ancient and modern,integration of motion and quietness.In the treatment of ILD with pulmonary rehabilitation technology,the lung disease division of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has introduced advanced pulmonary rehabilitation treatment equipment and combined traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and rehabilitation therapy.In quietness there is movement,in motion there is quietness,flexible treatment.2.Comprehensive three-dimensional,rich and diverse.The pulmonary rehabilitation treatment techniques are comprehensive and diversified.The pulmonary rehabilitation techniques mainly include Chinese medicine encapsulation,exercise,acupuncture,massage,external counterpulsation and inspiratory muscle training.Each technique has its own advantages,each with its own characteristics,combined with the theory of treated based on syndrome differentiatio in traditional Chinese medicine,in the whole stage of the treatment of ILD,both laws and rules,brighttheory,level of three-dimensional.3.Both symptom and root,the deficiency and reality are different.The name of interstitial lung disease in traditional Chinese medicine is "lung bi".Deficiency and cold in the lung are the essence of the disease,and lack of lung qi is the basis of the disease.Meanwhile,"evil" and "bi" run through the whole process.At all stages of the development of the disease,the internal and external phase lead,deficiency and reality intersect,phlegm,drink,stasis,blood and other pathological products coexist,the lungs,spleen,kidneys and other viscera are dysfunctional.During the treatment,various pulmonary rehabilitation techniques are closely compatible and treated based on syndrome differentiation,to repair the functions of the zang-fu organs as the root,to expel pathogenic factors,to remove bi tongluo as the target,deficiency syndrome should be supplemented,reality syndrome should be eliminated,All of these make the advantage of pulmonary rehabilitation technique in the whole treatment process prominent.4.Follow the path and focus on the individual.Pulmonary rehabilitation techniques have established prescriptions and rules in the treatment process,and are designed individually according to the different physical conditions of patients at the same time. |
