| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of buyang huanwu decoction combined with beprost sodium tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with arteriosclerosis occlusion of lower extremities with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods : Seventy-nine patients who met the criteria and were admitted to the affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from November2017 to October 2019 were included in this study.All subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 39 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with the western medicine beprost sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with buyang huanwu decoction.2weeks for one course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Clinical symptoms,signs,ankle brachial index,and claudication were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and evaluate their safety.Results : a total of 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs were included in this study,including 42 patients in the treatment group and 341 patients in the control group.There were no statistical differences in age,sex,disease duration,smoking history,claudation,and ankle brachial index between the two groups before treatment.1.Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:after treatment,both groups had clinical efficacy,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences.After treatment,the effective rate of single symptom in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in the improvement degree of three more than one less symptoms,shortness of breath,weakness,pain,skin temperature and skin color symptoms(P<0.05).Both groups showed improvement in the degree of dorsalis palpis(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvement in claudication(absolute walking distance),and the improvement effect was similar(P> 0.05).2.Ankle brachial index:after treatment,the level of ankle brachial index in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Fasting blood glucose level:after treatment,the fasting blood glucose level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05).4.Safety indicators: 1 case in this study presented mild facial flushing adverse reaction at the beginning of treatment,which was tolerable and gradually disappeared after 1-2weeks of treatment,indicating that some patients needed to adapt to the drug.No obvious abnormality was found in the laboratory examination of liver function between the two groups after treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:This study by observing tonifying Yang also five decoction combined western medicine therapy in type 2 diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disease clinical symptoms and related indicators,to analyze its curative effect,think ultimately also five soup combined western medicine can significantly improve diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disease clinical symptoms of patients with qi deficiency blood stasis,especially in improving dry mouth drink more,feed more easy hunger,polyuria,weight loss,shortness of breath,pain,etc,curative effect is distinct;It can improve the level of ankle brachial index,and the curative effect is better than the western medicine alone.In order to delay the occurrence and development of diabetic complications,it can reduce the blood glucose level to some extent.No obvious liver damage and other adverse reactions,safe and effective.Buyang huanwu tang combined with western medicine for the treatment of DLASO is safe and effective,worthy of promotion. |
