Clinical Study Of Tiaoganjianpi Recipe On The Treatment Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of self-made recipe Tiaogan Jianpi Decoction in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(stagnation of spleen and spleen deficiency).By observing the clinical symptoms of 110 patients with diarrhea-type diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome before and after treatment,Scientific and objective evaluation of effectiveness and safety.Methods:A total of 110 patients with irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and diarrhea-type diarrhea were selected as the observation objects from the outpatient department of spleen and stomach of the hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was treated with Tiaogan Jianpi Decoction,and the control group was treated with Tongxiening granules for a total of 4weeks.After the treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Follow-up was performed at week 8 to assess the recurrence rate.Results:1.54 cases in the treatment group,11 cases were cured clinically,19 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 85.2%;53 cases in the control group,4 cases were clinically cured,16 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.5%;suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).2.The main single symptoms(abdominal pain,diarrhea)symptom scores,IBS-SSS scores,total scores of TCM syndromes,and each single symptom score of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before and after treatment,and there were significant differences after treatment compared to before treatment(P <0.05),in which the IBS-SSS score and the symptoms of diarrhea,irritability,irritability,palpitation,limb fatigue,and appetite were significantly better than the control group,with statistical differences(P <0.05),while Abdominal pain,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and post-diarrheapain reduction symptom treatment group were comparable to the control group,with no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Comparison of recurrence rates: 5 of the 46 effective patients in the treatment group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 10.9%,13 of the 40 effective patients in the control group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 32.5%,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).3.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment period,which proved that the two groups were safe in medication and had no toxic side effects.Conclusion:Tiaogan Jianpi Decoction has a significant effect on treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and has a good effect on improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially for patients with diarrhea,irritability,irritability,dyspnea,and limb fatigue In terms of symptom relief and clinical efficacy,the appetite is far better than the control group,which helps to improve the quality of life of patients,has a low recurrence rate,is safe and has no toxic side effects,and is worthy of further clinical application.
