| Objective By observing the clinical curative effect of needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean for treating primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood stasis syndrome, this paper probes into the clinical feasibility of needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean for treating primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood stasis syndrome, with a view to providing effective acupuncture treatment for patients with primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood stasis syndrome.Method In this study,60 patients with primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood stasis syndrome who met the criteria were selected as the research objects, which were divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean therapy,3-4 times a week,The treatment cycle starts from 7 to 10 days before the month’s menstruation until the end of the period.a total of 2 courses,1 menstrual cycle as a course of treatment, and follow-up at the end of the treatment for the3 rd month. Before, after and after treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated by TCM Syndrome Scale Score,VAS and CMSS Scale Score, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to the corresponding statistical analysis.Results1.There was no significant difference between the general data(age, sex, course of disease)and the scores of TCM syndrome subscale,VAS and CMSS scale before treatment(P>0.05).2.(1)Comparison of differences within groups: the scores of TCM syndrome product subscale,VAS and CMSS scale of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of differences between groups: after the first course of treatment, the two groups of patients were given TCM syndrome product subscale score,VAS and CMSS scale score, the difference between the two groups wasn’t statistically significant(P>0.05).After the second course of treatment and follow-up,the patients of the two groups were given TCM Syndrome Scale Score,VAS and CMSS Scale Score respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The near-term of the two groups have the same clinical effect, and the long-term clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean treatment and routine acupuncture treatment has a significant clinical effect on primary dy smenorrheal with qi and blood stasis syndrome. Both treatments help to improve dysmenorrheal symptoms, reduce the frequency of dysmenorrheal attacks and reduce the degree of pain.2.The needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean treatment is better than the conventional acupuncture treatment in improving dysmenorrheal symptoms, reducing the frequency of dysmenorrheal attacks and reducing the degree of pain.3.The needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean treatment is better than the conventional acupuncture treatment in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.4.The treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood stasis syndrome with needle-embedding therapy combined with ear point burying bean is better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment in long-term clinical effect. |
