Internal Control Of Public Hospitals Study On Effectiveness Evaluation

As the main body of China’s medical service system,public hospitals provide public welfare services to the society.As a public institution providing social services,the management level of public hospitals is also related to the quality of public services.At present,the internal control construction of public hospitals in China is relatively backward,and coupled with changes in the internal and external environment,the development of public hospitals has become more challenging.With the promulgation of the "Internal Control Standards for Administrative Institutions(Trial)" and the advancement of the reform process of public institutions,public hospitals should pay more attention to the construction of internal control,conduct the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control,improve the internal control system,and improve unit operations.Management level to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the unit.Based on the above background,this paper chooses C public hospital as the research object,understands the status of its internal control,evaluates the effectiveness of the internal control construction,analyzes its results and proposes corresponding development suggestions.This article mainly studies the effectiveness evaluation of the internal control of Hospital C.It is divided into six chapters for elaboration.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the research background and significance,as well as the research content and methods.The second chapter is the introduction of the theoretical foundation.The third chapter describes the status and problems of the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control of public hospitals;the fourth chapter is to construct the effectiveness indicators of internal control of public hospitals;the fifth chapter is based on the evaluation indicators designed in the previous chapter as the benchmark,and the internal control construction of C hospital The status quo,the effectiveness of the internal control effectiveness evaluation index constructed in the previous article is applied to C Hospital,and the effectiveness of its internal control is analyzed and evaluated by comprehensively using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,and the effectiveness of the internal control of C Hospital is improved based on the existing related issues Chapter 6 is the research conclusions and recommendations,summarizes the previous conclusions and puts forward recommended measures.By evaluating the effectiveness of internal control of Hospital C,we can find from the results that although the unit is actively building internal control,there will be some problems in the specific implementation that will affect the effectiveness of internal control.Therefore,we can conclude that in order to improve the internal control environment and the quality of public services,it is necessary for public hospitals and even other administrative institutions in China to construct indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control.
