Objective To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with open lower limb fractures, and to provide a reference for the formulation of clinical rehabilitation nursing programs for patients with open lower limb fractures in clinical practice. Methods A total of 160 patients with open fractures of the lower extremity who were treated in the orthopedic ward of a grade iii grade a hospital in changchun from January to December 2019 were selected as the research object. They were grouped according to the number of patients admitted and hospitalized, and the double number was set as the observation group for rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,80 cases each.During the course of the study, one patient in the control group fell off and three patients in the test group fell off.Finally,79 patients in the control group completed the study and 77 patients in the test group completed the study.Observe and compare the general information(age,post-traumatic admission time, gender, surgical site, fracture cause,Gustilo classification),postoperative pain(operation 1d,2d,3d),hospitalization related indicators(exhaust time, length of hospitalization, hospitalization cost),postoperative complications(nausea and vomiting 6h and 24 h after operation, deep vein thrombosis, pressure ulcers, joint stiffness,Infection),knee mobility at discharge.Comprehensive evaluation of clinical application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention methods combined with various observations.Results(1)There were no significant differences in the control group, test group age,post-traumatic time, gender, surgical site, cause of fracture,Gustilo classification.(P>0.05),which is comparable.(2)At 1d,2d,and 3d after surgery, the pain score of the Numeric rating scale(NRS)of patients in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(4.16±0.83 vs.4.47±0.73,3.13±0.88 vs.3.54±0.76,2.23±0.68 vs.2.67±0.80)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the controlgroup(14.95±1.78 vs.15.81±1.51,16.81±1.71 vs.18.09±1.41),and the hospitalization costs were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.49±0.61 vs.6.38±0.57),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group at 6h and 24 h after surgery was slightly less than that in the control group(2.59%vs.10.12%,3.90%vs.6.33%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);deep vein thrombosis, joint stiffness, pressure ulcers, infection, total The complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.00%vs.5.06%,3.89% vs.12.65%,0.00% vs.6.32%,1.29% vs.8.86%,11.39% vs.37.97%),and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)when the experimental group was discharged after surgery, the degree of motion of knee joint was significantly higher than that of the control group(112.79±5.88°vs.109.68±6.06°),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with open lower limb fractures is superior to conventional rehabilitation nursing. It can reduce the patient's postoperative pain, shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay, reduce hospitalization costs, and reduce complications.Promote knee functional rehabilitation.Incidence rate, has good application value, can be promoted in clinical use.
