Research On Cost Forecast And Control Strategy Of Telemedicine Service

Telemedicine,as a medical model combining modern medicine with computer communication technology,can break through the limitation of medical resources in time and space,to bring high-quality medical service resources to remote and special environment areas,to a certain extent,the imbalance in the distribution of medical resources,the scarcity of effective medical resources,and the tension between doctors and patients have been alleviated.But in the actual operation of telemedicine,the investment of funds and resources is huge,and the benefit is very small.The cost status of telemedicine determines the pricing of telemedicine service items,the financial subsidy and the cooperation with related enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to forecast and control the cost of telemedicine service.Quantifying the cost and managing it effectively is helpful to make budget and reasonable price,and form a long-term running mechanism with lower cost and higher efficiency.Based on the theory background of Telemedicine Service cost,this paper analyzes the actuality and feasibility of telemedicine service cost forecast.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation and referring to relevant literature,this paper discusses the factors that affect the cost of telemedicine service,and sifts out the specific factors that influence the cost prediction of telemedicine service,then the grey relational grade model is used to analyze the correlation degree between each index and the cost of telemedicine service.Secondly,SPASS software and Matlab software are used to construct the principal component multiple linear regression model and the grey neural network model,and the validity of the model is tested by the actual data from 2010 to 2018,the comparison and analysis of the numerical results show that the grey neural network model has higher accuracy than the principal component linear regression model.Finally,the total cost of Henan Telemedicine Center in the next six years is predicted by using the grey neural network model,and the related cost management and control suggestions are put forward.This paper accurately predicted the future development trend of the total cost of Henan Telemedicine Center,more comprehensive understanding of telemedicineservice cost,and laid a foundation for statistical analysis and prediction of this index,facilitate more accurate and complete collection of telemedicine service cost related data.Through this prediction,the cost dynamics of Henan Telemedicine Center is more clear and complete,and it provides an effective way for the cost control and management of telemedicine service,it will not only help the telemedicine center to draw up the budget,reasonably draw up the pricing of the related service items,and so on,but also help the government departments to draw up the related telemedicine development plan and policy,it increases the index basis for strengthening the construction and development of regional telemedicine.rengthening the construction and development of regional telemedicine.
