ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between the ratio of neutrophil to monocyte/lymphocyte(SIRI)and the ratio of platelet to lymphocyte(PLR)and ovarian cancer in different inflammatory indexes, and to provide a new reference and thinking for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Materials and MethodsA retrospective analysis of 96 patients with benign ovarian tumors,84 patients with ovarian cancer, and 101 patients with normal patients who were treate d at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2016 to 2019.According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, the clinical data of all patients are complete.Collected clinical data of patients include medical his tory data:age, parity, previous surgery history, etc.;preoperative laboratory testing in dicators:blood routine, liver and kidney function, serum tumor markers, blood lipids, etc.;preoperative imaging data:nuclear magnetic resonance,Bultrasound;Surgical data:surgical method, length of operation, blood transfusion during operation, tumor location and size, etc.;postoperative data:postoperative medication, whether to support chemoradiotherapy,tumor-free survival rate, etc.Clinical data and SIRI,PLR and other examination results, all ovarian tumor patients have postoperative pat hological results to support benign and malignant diagnosis. All cases were divided into three groups according to the collected cases:benign ovarian tumor group, ovarian cancer group, and normal control group. All patients with ovarian malignant tumors were staged according to FIGIO2014 and then divided into two groups.Stages ?-? were low-grade ovarian cancer.Group,?-? is the high stage group of ovarian cancer. The baseline data and clinically relevant indicators of the three groups were compared, and the preoperative SIRI and PLR indicators were calculated. The PEARSON correlation analysis confirmed that SIRI/PLR was related to the benign and malignant and staging of ovarian tumors. The re ceiver operating characteristic curve ROC was applied. The curve assesses the d iagnostic value of SIRI and PLR.Result1.There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of ovarian cancer group, benign ovarian tumor group and normal control group in terms of age, pregnancy rate and body mass index.2.Compared with SIRI in ovarian cancer group, benign ovarian tumor group and normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SIRI between the normal control group and the benign ovarian tumor group(P=0.804);the mean SIRI of the normal control group was lower than that in the benign ovarian tumor group and the ovarian cancer group(P<0.05);benign The mean SIRI of the ovarian tumor group was lower than that of the ovarian cancer group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the three groups of PLR,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A further comparison between two groups shows that there is no statistically significant difference between the normal control group and the benign ovarian tumor group(P=0.406);the average PLR of the normal control group is lower than that of the ovarian cancer group(P<0.05);The mean PLR of benign ovarian tumor group was lower than that of ovarian cancer group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The area under the curve of the SIRI diagnosis ovarian cancer group and the benign tumor group was 0.691(P<0.001),and the optimal diagnostic cut-off value was 0.72.The sensitivity was 63.10%and the specificity was 71.80%.The area under the curve between the PLR diagnosis ovarian cancer group and the benign tumor group was 0.708(P<0.001),the optimal diagnosis cut-off value was 120.40,the sensitivity was 54.80%,and the specificity was 76.0%.4.The comparative analysis of SIRI,PLR and high grade of ovarian cancer low-stage group according to Table 5 shows that the average value of SIRI in stage?-? is 0.77,2.50 in stage ?-?,and the average SIRI in stage ?-? is higher than that in stage ?-? It was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average PLR of stage?-? was 153.41,240.29 of stage ?-?,and the average PLR of stage ?-? was higher than that of stage ?-?,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SIRI was positively correlated with CA125,the correlation coefficient r=0.549,P<0.001.SIRI was positively correlated with CA153,the correlation coefficient r=0.560,P<0.001.There was no correlation between SIRI and CA199(P>0.05).SIRI was positively correlated with HE4,the correlation coefficient r=0.386,P=0.006.There was no correlation between SIRI and AFP(P>0.05).There was no correlation between SIRI and CEA(P>0.05).SIRI was positively correlated with ROMAI,the correlation coefficient r=0.359,P=0.010.SIRI was positively correlated with ROMAII,the correlation coefficient r=0.332,P=0.018.PLR was positively correlated with CA125,the correlation coefficient r=0.538,P<0.001.PLR was positively correlated with CA153,the correlation coefficient r=0.588,P<0.001.There was no correlation between PLR and CA199(P>0.05).PLR was positively correlated with HE4,the correlation coefficient r=0.0.568,P<0.001.There was no correlation between PLR and AFP(P>0.05).There was no correlation between PLR and CEA(P>0.05).PLR was positively correlated with ROMAI,the correlation coefficient r=0.448,P=0.001.PLR was positively correlated with ROMAII,the correlation coefficient r=0.431,P=0.002.ConclusionBoth SIRI and PLR are significantly related to ovarian cancer.SIRI and PLR can be used to diagnose ovarian cancer.SIRI and PLR have good specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. They can be used to assist in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and staging The diagnosis of clinical ovarian cancer has certain significance.
