Clinical Research On Qianyangyuyin Granules In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension With Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:By observing the changes of TCM syndrome score,inflamnatory factors,blood lipids,hemorheology,blood pressure variability and so on before and after the treatment of Qianyangyuyin granules in patients with essential hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome,evaluate the clinical effect of Qianyangyuyin granules in the treatment of essential hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome,and further explore the clinical value of Qianyangyuyin granules in the treatment of primary hypertension with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:75 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,37 in the experimental group and 38 in the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine standard antihypertensive treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Qianyangyuyin granules on the basis of western medicine standard antihypertensive treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factors,blood lipid,hemorheology,blood pressure variability and safety indexes were observed.Results:CD TCM syndrome score:After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01);?inflammatory factors:After treatment,hsCRP,BL-6,IL-8 of the experimental group were improved(P<0.01,P<0.05),only IL-8 decreased significantly in the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);? blood lipids:After treatment,TC,TG and LDL in the experimental group were improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in blood lipid in the control group(P>0.05),and the IVexperinental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);?hemorheology:After treatment,the hemorheology of the two groups was improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);?mean blood pressure level:After treatment,24hSBP,24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBp and nDBP in the experimental group were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the decrease of dSBP,dDBP in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in 24hSBP,24hDBP,nSBP and nDBP(P>0.05),and 24hSBP and dSBP in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);?blood pressure variability:After treatment,24hSSD,24hDSD,dSSD,dDSD and nSSD in the experimental group decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),while 24hSSD and dSSD in the control group decreased(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance in 24hDSD,dDSD,nSSD and nDSD(P>0.05),and 24hSSD and dSSD in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);?safety index:After treatment,there was no statistical significance in the changes of liver and kidney function in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qianyangyuyin granules can improve the TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factors,blood lipids,hemorheology and blood pressure variability of patients with essential hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome on the basis of western medicine reaching the standard of blood pressure reduction,and have good safety,and have a broad prospect in the field of TCM treatment of hypertension.
