Clinical Study Of Yishen Huayu Xiaozheng Recipe Combined With Albumin Paclitaxel And Platinum In The Treatment Of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To use the Yishen Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel and platinum to treat the tumor's objective efficacy,tumor markers,TCM syndrome effect,quality of life observation,Kamofsky score and safety indicators(blood Changes in routine,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions)were observed to analyze the role and advantages of Yishen Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected,and their clinical stages were stage IIIC and stage IV.Divided into experimental group(namely Yishen Huayu Xiaozheng Recipe+albumin-bound paclitaxel+platinum-based regimen group)and control group(simple albumin-bound paclitaxel+platinum-based chemotherapy group)30 cases Patients were recorded in terms of lesion size,tumor indicators,TCM syndrome effect,quality of life score,KPS and adverse reactions before and after treatment.The recorded data was analyzed by means of the SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Result:1.Comparison of recent objective effects:ORR 16.67%and DCR 76.67%in the test group;ORR 10.00%and DCR 73.33%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the effectiveness between two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of serum tumor markers:The levels of CEA,CA125 and AFP decreased after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.The difference in CA125 levels between two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(both P<0.05),but There was no significant difference in CEA,CA125,AFP levels between two groups(all P>0.05).3.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromes:The effective rates of TCM syndrome remission in the experimental group and the control group were 53.33%and 23.33%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of KPS scores:Compared with before treatment,the Kranofsky scores in the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference between two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Quality of life comparison:In the functional area,the social function of the experimental group improved after treatment(P<0.05),and physical function improved significantly(P<0.01);in the symptom area,fatigue and insomnia were better after treatment before improvement(P<0.05),loss of appetite improved significantly(P<0.01).The insomnia in the control group was better than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing between the groups,the test group performed lighter than the control group in terms of fatigue and loss of appetite after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of side effects and safety:Compared with the control group,the incidence of neutropenia and nausea and vomiting in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single albumin-bound paclitaxel+platinum treatment,the combination of Yishen Huayu Xiaozheng Recipe and albumin-bound paclitaxel+platinum combination therapy can improve the clinical objective effect,improve the physical strength and quality of life of patients and reduce the adverse reactions that occur during chemotherapy,safety is higher.
