A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Hegu Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hegu acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group using hegu acupuncture method+medium frequency pulse electrical,the control group by using common acupuncture+medium frequency pulse electrical,once per day,10 times after treatment compared two groups of clinical curative effect,observe VAS score,the improvement of the improved JOA questionnaire,observation methods of electricity average electromyogram(AEMG)and median frequency(MFS)changes.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.00%in the experimental group and 80.00%in the control group,The difference was not statistically significant(P>.0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effective rate of LDH treatment between hegu acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture.2.Comparison of VAS and m-joa scores after treatment showed that VAS and m-joa scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups could alleviate pain and improve lumbar activity,but the combined spinal puncture method had better efficacy in alleviating LDH pain and improving lumbar activity function.3.Comparison of surface emg detection data between the two groups after treatment showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average frequency interception value and median frequency interception value of the experimental group and the control group.after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effect of hegu acupuncture was better.Coclusion:Pure acupuncture and hegu acupuncture method has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,but hegu acupuncture method in alleviating pain,improve the function of lumbar and improve spine bifida muscle activity can obtain better clinical curative effect,methods of electricity appears differences before and after treatment,clinical research methods of electricity can be considered as a routine examination method of diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc prolapse.
