The Clinical Research Of Laser Acupuncture In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective:By comparing the differences between laser acupuncture and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin,the clinical efficacy of laser acupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin was objectively evaluated,and the possible mechanism was further explored,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods:Patients with type 2 diabetes with Qi and Yin deficiency who were admitted to the acupuncture department and endocrinology department of the second traditional Chinese medical hospital of Jiangsu province from April 2019 to December 2019 were collected and 60 cases were screened.They were randomly divided into laser acupuncture group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.On the basis of diabetes education,diet therapy and exercise therapy,the two groups of patients kept the original hypoglycemic treatment plan unchanged.The control group received oral or subcutaneous injection of hypoglycemic drugs with insulin for 2 weeks.The laser acupuncture group was treated with laser acupuncture on the basis of the control group for 5 consecutive times per week with 2 days of rest and 2 weeks of treatment.Before and after treatment,respectively in the two groups patients fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postmeal blood glucose(2hPG),fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),glycosylated albumin(GA),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Chinese clinical syndrome integral,and according to the formula of calculating indexes of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),statistical analysis of relevant data,comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:1.Blood glucose index:The FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,GA and other indexes of the two groups decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,FPG,2hPG and GA decreased more significantly in laser acupuncture group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between HbA1c groups after treatment(P>0.05)2.Blood lipid index:compared with before treatment,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and other indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the above indexes in laser acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and fasting insulin(FINS):after treatment,HOMA-IR and FINS were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of HOMA-IR and FINS in laser acupuncture group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).4.TCM clinical symptom score and clinical effect:after treatment,TCM clinical symptom score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of laser acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of laser acupuncture group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Laser acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin,reduce the patients’ blood glucose,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,improve insulin resistance,and further improve the quality of life of patients,with a broad prospect.
