Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Bobath Therapy In Treating Hemiplegia Shoulder Pain

Objective:To study the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke,and to provide objective basis for the application and promotion of abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath.Method:According to the inclusion exclusion criteria,60 patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain as the main clinical manifestation who were admitted to the inpatient department of brain disease acupuncture and rehabilitation area of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January2020 were included.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional basic treatment of stroke,the control group was treated with Bobath,and the observation group was combined with abdominal acupuncture based on the control group.The observation period was 4 weeks,during which two groups of patients received treatment once a day,6 days a week.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the following four indexes were evaluated:visual analogue scale(VAS),simple Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA),passive range of motion(PROM),modified pasteurization index(MBI).After the course of treatment,evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups of patients.The improvement of shoulder pain relief,upper limb motor function and flexibility,and daily living ability improvement were compared and observed between the two groups,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Result: After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no patients with shedding in the observation group and the control group.After data analysis,the observation group and the control group had a P value greater than 0.05 in the balanced comparison of general information such as gender,age,course of disease,shoulder pain site and stroke type,which was not statistically significant.After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS,FMA,PROM and MBI scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P <0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients after stroke,promote the recovery of upper limb motor function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
