| Purpose By comparing the results of various dry eye examinations in the treatment group with sodium hyaluronate eye drops before the phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification surgery in one month,to know the prevention and treatment of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with postoperative diabetes dry eye The clinical efficacy of this disease provides a reference for the rational and systematic treatment of dry eye after diabetic cataract surgery. Methods 96 patients with senile diabetic cataract and dry eye of department of Ophthalmology,First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University 2019 January to December were treated as the research objects.Among them,42 patients were diagnosed with dry eye before surgery.randomly divided into experimental groups(22example),control group(20 example).Among them, preoperative diagnosis of non-dry eye patients was 54 cases, randomly divided into experimental groups(23example),control group(31 example). In the experimental group, sodium hyaluronate eye drops were added before surgery on the basis of conventional surgical medication.regulation.Compare the dry eye questionnaire scores, tear secretion test, tear film rupture test, corneal fluorescein staining, blepharoplasty and morphology of 2 days before surgery(untreated),1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery, and 1 month after surgery.Meibomian gland opening, meibomian gland secretion lipid properties, conjunctival relaxation and other indicators, the test results using The SPSS 20.0 statistical system performs analysis of variance and chisquare test for analysis. Results Patients with diabetic cataract with dry eye: before treatment, tear secretion test, tear film rupture test, corneal fluorescein staining, morphology of palpebral margin and opening of meibomian gland, lipid secretion of meibomian gland, etc.comparison, none statistical difference(P> 0.05);with dry eye symptoms,There was a statistical difference between the relaxation and conjunctival relaxation(P<0.05)。 After treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the dry eye questionnaire score, tear secretion test, tear film rupture test, and corneal fluorescein staining at 1 week and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05)。There were no statistical differences between the marginal morphology and the meibomian gland opening, the lipid secretion properties of the meibomian gland, and the conjunctival relaxation(P>0.05)。 Patients with simple diabetic cataract: there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment in dry eye symptoms, tear film rupture test, corneal fluorescein staining, lipid secretion properties of the meibomian gland, and conjunctival relaxation(P>0.05)。 Tear secretion test,There was a statistical difference between the marginal morphology and the opening of the meibomian glands(P<0.05)。 There was a statistically significant difference between dry eye questionnaire score, tear secretion test, corneal fluorescein staining, blepharoplasty shape, meibomian gland opening, and meibomian gland secretion properties at 1 week and 1 month after treatment.(P<0.05)。 There was no statistical difference between the tear film rupture test and the conjunctival relaxation(P>0.05)。Conclusion Interventional treatment of diabetic cataract patients with dry eye combined with phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation before operation can effectively promote the relief of dry eye and delay the development of dry eye.Patients with simple diabetic cataract who have cataract phacoemulsification combined with artificial lens implantation before operation to prevent postoperative dry eye disease can delay the occurrence and development of postoperative dry eye disease to a certain extent and have clinical significance. |
