Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of WeChat public platform intervention in the health education of primary caregivers in young and middle-aged stroke patients, including both the benefit of caregivers and the ability to take care of comprehensive care. Methods:Using a convenient sampling method, the study selected the main caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients who were admitted to the neurology ward of a sanjia hospital from April 2019 to September 2019.The primary caregivers who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control groups(April 2019 to June 2019)and pilot groups(July 2019 to September 2019)according to the date of admission.During the hospitalization period, the control group gave routine health education,on the basis of which the trial group increased the health education intervention of WeChat public platform, and the two main caregivers were given questionnaires to fill out and recover caregivers' benefit and stroke caregiver's comprehensive care ability questionnaire on the day ofadmission and discharge.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS21.0 software.Statistical description measurement data(e.g.Caregiver Benefit Questionnaire Score,Stroke Caregiver Comprehensive Care Competence Questionnaire Score)was expressed by(x±s),The count data is expressed in percentages(%);If the statistical inference measurement data conform to the normal distribution, the effect comparison analysis before and after the intervention of the two main caregivers was compared with the matching t test, the experimental group and the control group's intervention effect comparison analysis were compared with two independent sample t tests, and P<0.05 considered the difference to be statistically significant.Results:1.The difference between the general data control group and the test group was not statistically significant.2.The difference was not statistically significant compared to the benefit and stroke comprehensive care ability of the first two groups of caregivers.3.The difference was statistically significant compared to the benefit of the two group s of caregivers and the comprehensive care ability of stroke after intervention.4.After intervention, the benefit of the control group, the comprehensive care ability of stroke and the pre-intervention comparison, the difference smaller are statistically significant.5.The benefit perception, stroke comprehensive care ability and pre-intervention comparison of the experimental group after intervention were statistically significant.6.After intervention, the benefit of the two groups of caregivers was compared with the specific dimension score,in which the difference of individual gro wth and health promotion dimension was not statistically significant, and the score difference of family growth and self-sublimation dimension was statistically significant.7.After intervention, the composite care ability of the two groups of caregivers was compared with the specific dimension score,in which the four dimensions score was compared, the differences were statistically significant.8.The poor benefit of the caregivers in the experimental group after intervention is not statistically significant, and the difference of stroke care ability is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The before-and-after control of the control group showed that routine health education could improve the benefit and comprehensive care ability of the main caregivers of young and middle-aged stroke patients to some extent.2.The before-and-after control of the test group showed that the benefit and comprehensive care ability of the caregiver sat increased on the basis ofthe control group and increased the intervention of the WeChat public platform.3.The benefit and comprehensive care ability ofthe caregivers in the post-intervention test group were higher than that of the control group.4.After the intervention, the two groups had positive effects in terms of the benefit of caregivers, only family growth and self-acquisition,while the stroke-related knowledge, daily and disease-related care skills,self-stress and health management, and coping strategies were significantly improved.
