Objective:At present, the incidence of diabetes is still at a high level.According to the latest statistics of the international diabetes federation(IDF)in 2019,the global age standardized prevalence of diabetes is 8.3%,and the number of patients has reached463 million.Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by chronic hyperglycemia caused by multiple causes. The pathogenesis of DM is complex and is still under in-depth study. So far, studies on relative birth weight and diabetes have been relatively scattered at home and abroad. As for the causes of common types of type 1 and type 2 diabetes,it is currently believed that the pathogenesis of type 1diabetes is mainly genetic and autoimmune problems. The pathogenesis of type 2diabetes is complicated. The combined action of genetic and environmental factors causes functional defects of pancreatic islet promoter cells or insulin resistance resulting in absolute or relative deficiency of insulin secretion. Some scholars also believe that the alpha cells pancreatic liter sugar hormone is increased, and glucagon secretion of insulin regulation,in addition to the pancreatic gland beta cells, alpha cells function defect, peripheral muscle tissue for enhanced glucose uptake and lipolysis, decreased liver glycogen decomposition and synthesis and so on,in fact, there are bowel effect on promoting the pancreatic hormone weakened and renal tubular reabsorption of glucose increased,as well as to abate factors such as the feeding center.Although there have been some previous studies on birth weight and diabetes in China and abroad, comprehensive analysis is relatively few,as well as the birth weight and the condition of blood lipids at the time of the disease remains to be explored. The purpose of this study was to comprehensively analyze the correlation between current body weight,BMI,glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and other indicators of type 2diabetes patients with different birth weights and their birth weight,so as to explore regular phenomena. In addition, with the release of the two-child policy, the number of older mothers increases, and fetal health problems follow. The study in this paper will also provide certain reference and help for the good birth and good childbirth, pay attention to nutrition during pregnancy, reduce the incidence of abnormal birth weight children and the occurrence of diabetes-related diseases. Methods:Randomly selected the group of patients with diabetes in Dalian Bay Regional Hospital and Dandong Regional Hospital, and known birth weight clearly,a total of 187 patients with type 2 diabetes(recorded)in this questionnaire as the research object, and eliminate suffering from severe heart disease, kidney disease, blood disease, liver disease, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperthyroidism disease and use effect of the lead to corresponding organ damage such as blood sugar hormone or non hypoglycemic drug cases, etc.Indicators included age, gender, birth weight, current weight(at the time of data collection),BMI,atherosclerosis, hypertension, fasting blood glucose,insulin,c-peptide,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).According to the neonatal weight classification method in pediatrics, the 8th edition of people’s medical publishing house, the subjects were divided into three groups: high birth weight(21 cases),normal birth weight(143 cases)and low birth weight(23 cases).SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to compare the differences and analyze the correlation of the collected relevant indicators. Results:Among the 187 subjects, the sex ratio was 76(40.6%)males and 111(59.4%)females.The male/female ratio in each group was 1/0.91 in the high birth weight group,1/1.51 in the normal birth weight group, and 1/1.88 in the low birth weight group. There were more men than women in the high-birth-weight group and more women than men in the other two groups. After processing the collected data, the following phenomena can be seen :(1)the adult body weight and BMI levels of the patients in the high-birth-weight group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.01),and the adult body weight and BMI levels of the patients in the low-birth-weight group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.01).(2)the fasting blood glucose level in the high and low birth weight groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.01),and the comparison of fasting blood glucose level between the high and low birth weight groups was not statisticallysignificant(P >0.05).There was no difference in insulin level between the three groups(P>0.05),but all of them were in the normal range. The fasting c-peptide level in the low-birth-weight group was significantly lower than that in the high-birth-weight group and the control group(P< 0.01),and the comparison of c-peptide level between the high-birth-weight group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)the triglyceride and total cholesterol levels of patients in the high-birth weight group and the low-birth weight group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.01,P<0.05),and the low-density lipoprotein levels of patients in the high-birth weight group were significantly higher than those in the low-birth weight group(P< 0.01,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the low birth weight group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between groups in HDL levels(P>0.05).(4)the prevalence of atherosclerosis in adults in the high and low birth weight groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prevalence of hypertension after high birth weight was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The prevalence of hypertension in the high and low birth weight groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)birth weight was positively correlated with The current weight,BMI,fasting c-peptide,triglyceride,total cholesterol, and LDL(P<0.01,P<0.05),There was no correlation with pulse atherosclerosis and hypertension.Conclusions:1.Abnormal birth weight was positively correlated with current weight and BMI compared with normal birth weight in diabetic patients.2.The fasting blood glucose level of patients with high and low birth weight diabetes was significantly higher than that of patients with normal birth weight diabetes, and there was no correlation between the groups.3.Birth weight was positively correlated with fasting c-peptide,triglyceride,total cholesterol and LDL.4.The prevalence of atherosclerosis and hypertension in patients with high and low birth weight diabetes was significantly higher than that in patients with normal birth weight diabetes(data collection),There was no correlation between different birth weight groups and pulse atherosclerosis and hypertension.5.The correlation between abnormal birth weight and post-disease weight, blood glucose, and lipid metabolism disorders suggests the importance of gestating fetuses within the normal birth weight range, and the above results can provide some references for clinical eugenics and eugenics.
