Research On The Law Of Medication And Summary Of Experience For Primary Liver Cancer By Professor Li Siwen

Objective:In this study,through the statistics of Professor Li Siwen's drug use in the treatment of primary liver cancer,we discussed the drug use rule of Professor Li Siwen in the treatment of primary liver cancer,summarized the clinical experience,and provided drug basis and clinical experience for the treatment of primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: SPSS 22.0 software was used to calculate the frequency of drugs prescribed by patients with primary liver cancer and find out the core drugs for the treatment of primary liver cancer.Then,the drugs with a frequency of more than 40 times were analyzed by systematic clustering method,the drug combinations closely related to the treatment of primary liver cancer were obtained,and the rules of drug use were summarized.Results:52 cases of primary liver cancer were collected,involving 175 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 5936 times..The four qi are mainly cold(36%),warm(28.57%)and flat(26.28%);the five flavors are sweet(48%),bitter(45.14%)and pungent(33.14%);meridians are mainly "liver,lung,stomach,spleen".The main medicines are deficiency-tonifying drugs,qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,diuresis and dampness-permeating drugs,liver-soothing and wind-relieving drugs and so on.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine used in the top 50 was more than 45 times,with a total frequency of 77.04%.In traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than40 times,the frequency of tonifying deficiency drugs was 1159,accounting for 24.43% of the total frequency.Based on the cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than 40 times,and combined with Professor Li Siwen's clinical diagnosis and experience,6 commonly used drug pairs,4 drug combinations and 4 drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Li Siwen believes that deficiency of vital qi is the basis of the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer,and throughout the course of the disease,while dampness,heat,blood stasis and toxin are the key pathological factors for the occurrence and development of liver cancer.Liver cancer is characterized by deficiency and excess,and the main therapeutic concept is to support the vital force and suppress cancer.Fuzheng takes invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver,harmonizing the liver and spleen,nourishing liver yin and unobstructing liver qi as the main treatment methods.Cancer suppression should be treated by stages,accurate syndrome differentiation,and generous and heavy drugs to dispel stubborn diseases.In addition,Professor Li Siwen believes that the occurrence of liver cancer is closely related to the hepatitis B virus,which belongs to the evil of dampness and heat.Therefore,in addition to the above treatment,emphasis is placed on clearing heat and promoting dampness,protecting the liver and lowering enzymes.Professor Li Siwen believes that most patients with liver cancer have poor emotions,so he advocates the trinity of heart,medicine and dietotherapy to promote rehabilitation.For patients with advanced liver cancer,it can achieve survival with tumors,improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.
