| Objective:Through clinical observation and research,the clinical effect of Yinlian Chaiqin granules on treating acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of lung-stomach heat was objectively evaluated,which provided new ideas and methods for the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of lung-stomach heat,with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This subject adopts the digital random grouping will be included in the standard of Eighty-six cases of children were divided into observation group(Yinlian Chaiqin Granule group)and control group(Xiaoer Yanbian Granule group),the two groups in Three days for a period of treatment,taking two period of treatment.The clinical efficacy of Yinlian Chaiqin Granule was objectively evaluated by statistical analysis of the curative effect of each group and the efficacy of the group.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 86.7% and78.0% respectively,P<0.05,the total effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)Compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the symptoms and signs of the two groups of children were effective.(3)The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving the total syndromes,main syndromes,secondary syndromes,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)The scores of the observation group in relieving sore throat,dysphagia,tonsilarenlargement and suppurative tonsillitis were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,with a statistically significant difference.the two groups had the same effect in relieving tonsillar hyperemia,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(5)The observation group was better than the control group in improving fever,thirst,halitosis and stool,P<0.05,with significant statistical significance;the two groups had similar effect in improving urination,P>0.05,with no statistical significance.(6)The observation group was better than the control group in improving the disappearance time of sore throat,suppurative tonsillitis and temperature recovery,P<0.05,with statistical significance;the two groups had the same effect in improving the disappearance of tonsil hyperemia,P<0.05,with no statistical significance.(7)The blood cell analysis(WBC,NEU%,LYM%),hs-CRP and SAA indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(8)In the course of treatment,adverse events occurred in both groups of children.Conclusion:Through clinical observation and research,the clinical efficacy of Yinlian Chaiqin Granule can improve symptoms such as sore throat,dysphagia,thirst and halitosis,effectively shorten the time for tonsilar enbargement and suppuration tonsillitis and fever to subside,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment period. |
