Objective: 1.By observing the onset site and time of gout, summing up the relationship between the onset site and the meridians, the time of onset and the change of the hour of the meridian injection,to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of gout by clinical meridians;2.Investigate the influencing factors of gout, carry out statistical analysis on the relevant factors affecting the onset of gout, and provide scientific guidance for the diet, living and lifestyle of gout patients. Methods: The subject adopted a prospective study and selected 300 patients with gout who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Department of Rheumatology,Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.Investigate the basic personal information, gout attack site, attack meridian, attack time, influencing factors(such as diet, drinking, obesity, fatigue, trauma, occupation, education level, etc.)of the included gout patients, statistical analysis results, and draw conclusions. The survey data is created by using Epi Data3.1,which contains all the survey items, and the corresponding data is entered in the software. Finally, all the data is exported from the recorded data table and processed and analyzed using Excel 2016 and SPSS 25.0.Results:1.Time of onset: The top 5 most frequently occurring hours at 12 o’clock are 74 in chrono(7-9 o’clock),66 cases without timing,42 in child(23-1 o’clock),and 28 in mao(5-7 o’clock),Shen Shi(15-17)26 cases.2.Attack site: The top 5 of the attack site were 144 cases of the first metatarsophalangeal joint,96 cases of knee joint,92 cases of lateral ankle joint,86 cases of medial ankle joint, and 50 cases of instep.3.Seizures: 144 cases of Taiyin spleen meridian,124 cases of stomach yang meridian of foot,98 cases of bladder meridian of foot sun,88 cases of kidney meridian of foot,88 cases of small intestine meridian of hand,28 cases of large intestine meridian of hand.4.Incentives: High-purine diet and exercise(long-term exercise)are independent risk factors for inducing gastro-menstrual gout in foot-yangming;disease course, body mass index(BMI),cold before onset, and education are independent risk factors for inducing gout in foot-yin-spleen menstrual cycle;、Fatigue before onset and cold before onset are independent risk factors for gout bladder gout;foot trauma is an independent risk factor for gout menstrual gout;blood uric acid(SUA),high purine diet, staying up late are the hand sun small intestine Independent risk factors for menstrual gout.Conclusion:1.Gout patients can develop the disease throughout the day,but the onset time is mostly in the morning or night of the day, mainly at twelve o’clock(7-9 o’clock),subhour(23-1 o’clock),and hue(5-7 o’clock).2.The onset of gout is mostly concentrated in the first metatarsophalangeal joint, knee joint, and ankle joint, followed by the dorsal foot, metacarpophalangeal joint, and elbow joint.3.The onset of gout meridians are mostly located in the Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot Sun Bladder Meridian, and Foot Shao Yin Kidney Meridian.4.The incidence of gout is affected by many factors, which may be the result of a combination of factors, and is related to a high-purine diet, drinking, fatigue, staying up late, and a history of trauma.Among them,high-purine diet,exercise(long-term exercise),body mass index, blood uric acid, course of disease, cold before onset of illness, education level, fatigue before onset of illness, staying up late are independent risk factors for gout. |
