Objective:?Using 3.0T diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)Compare prostate cancer(PCa)before and after treatment,well predict the change of apparent diffusion coefficients(ADC),and determine the sensitivity of treatment.? DWI can evaluate and detect the therapeutic effect of PCa to help clinical doctors adjust the appropriate treatment.?To study the correlation between ADC value and prostate specific antigen(PSA)and MRI morphology.Methods:MRI scans were performed on 40 selected PCa patients before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 to 6 months after treatment,and ADC values were measured.Analyze the changes between ADC values before and after treatment.And observe whether the MRI morphology changes and whether the ADC value is related to PSA.Results:?The average ADC value of group A was(0.70±0.03)× 10-3mm2/s,and the average PSA was(187.55±77.45)ng/ml.The average ADC value of group B was(0.81 ± 0.05)×10-3mm2/s,and the average PSA was(149.98± 70.75)ng/ml.The average ADC value of group C was(1.05 ± 0.07)× 10-3mm2/s,and the average PSA was(67.20 ± 44.57)ng/ml.The ADC value was statistically significant in all groups(P<0.05).? There was a negative correlation between the ADC value and PSA concentration in each group.The r values were-0.726,-0.645,and-0.358,and the P values were all<0.05.?The average size of cancer lesions in group A is about(40.76±5.78)cm3,the average size of cancer lesions in group B is about(40.58±5.83)cm3,and the average size of cancer lesions in group C is about(1.42±0.59)cm3.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference between group C and groups A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,T2WI showed a slightly higher signal,the slightly higher signal area was irregular in shape,and the border was not clear;T2WI showed no significant change 1 month after treatment;3 to 6 months after treatment,T2WI showed a significant reduction in tumor volume;DWI before treatment High signal,there was no significant change in DWI morphology 1 month after treatment,and the signal was reduced.The volume of DWI cancer lesions decreased significantly and the signal was significantly reduced 3 to 6 months after treatment.Conclusion:? For the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of PCa,the ADC value is effective,and then the clinical doctor can choose the best treatment plan.? There is a negative correlation between ADC value and PSA concentration.?One month after treatment,there was no significant change in T2WI,and the signal on DWI decreased slightly.Three to six months after treatment,the tumor lesions became smaller or disappeared on both T2WI and DWI.
