Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Nd:YAG Laser Vitreolysis in patients with physiological vitreous floaters by A/B ultrasound combined with Infrared Ray(IR),To evaluate the safety of Nd:YAG laser vitreolysis in patients with physiological vitreous floaters by the Full-field electroretinogram(ff-ERG).Methods:Screening of 30 patients with physiological vitreous floaters from June 2018 to December 2018 in Hankou Aier Eye Hospital,we used A/B ultrasound to measure the distance from the wall of the ball and the back surface of the lens before operations.Check the patient's best corrected visual acuity,non-contact intraocular pressure, scanning laser fundus photography,A/B ultrasound,Infrared Ray and Full-field electroretinogram before treatment,Laser ablation was performed by the same skilled doctor using ELLEX YAG laser ablation machine. The intraocular pressure was measured half an hour after the operation.Diclofenac sodium eye drops were applied four times a day for 3 days. After treatment, the patients were followed up at the point of 1 day,1 week, and 1 month. The same examination was performed after operation. The Image-J software was used to measure the vitreous opacity in the autofluorescence of angiography pictures before and after treatment. Results:There was no significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity and non-contact intraocular pressure before and after treatment(p>0.05).Among the 30 eyes,28 eyes underwent laser ablation treatment once, and 2 eyes underwent laser ablation treatment twice. The average number of treatments was 1.06.After treatment, the IR showed that the vitreous opacity was obviously reduced or disappeared.and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(p<0.01).Compare the five response waves of ff-ERG(rod cell response, maximum response, oscillatory potentials, cone cell response,30 Hz flicker response and the photopic negative response at each time point before and after treatment,There was no significant difference in the implicit period and amplitude of the waves(P>0.05).There were no obvious complications in vitreous and retina after ultra-wide-angle scanning laser fundus photography.Ultra-wide-angle scanning laser fundus photography showed no significant complications in the vitreous and retina after treatment. Conclusion:IR can be used as an effective observation index for Nd:YAG laser vitreous ablation in the treatment of physiological vitreous opacification.A-wave,b-wave,and Ops oscillatory potentials in the full-field electroretinogram confirmed that Nd:YAG laser vitreous ablation did not adversely affect the retinal structure and function of the treated patients, and neither the retinal ganglion cells nor their axonal function were significantly damaged by observing the negative response wave.Full-field electroretinogram can be used as a safety inspection method to detect Nd:YAG laser vitreous ablation for the treatment of physiological vitreous opacity. In the short-term observation,Nd:YAG laser vitreous ablation is safe and effective in the treatment of physiological vitreous opacity, and can be promoted clinically.
