ObjectiveTo discuss and analyze the current situation of quality in the humanistic care of ICU nurses in tertiary hospitals,explore the factors affecting the quality of humanistic care of ICU nurses,and improve the quality of humanistic care of ICU nurses.MethodsUsing the method of convenient sampling,362 ICU nurses from 3 tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected as the research objects.A cross-sectional survey of ICU nurses was conducted using the general data method,the clinical nurses humanistic care quality scale,the Jefferson transference scale and the clinical nurses communication ability scale.Epidata3.1 software was used to input data on two machines to establish a database,and spss22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general data and current survey results.To explore different qualities of humanistic care in general use data grouping using one-way anova;Correlation analysis of the relationship between the quality of ICU nurses' humanistic care and compassion and communication,using multiple linear regression analysis,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of ICU nurses' humanistic care.Results1.In this survey,362 valid questionnaires were recovered and 380 valid questionnaires were issued,with a recovery rate of 95.26%.ICU147,NICU72,EICU82,61 RICU were adopted.There were 39 males(10.8%)and 323 females(89.2%).2.The total score of humanistic care quality of ICU nurses was(115.03±11.30),and the scoring rate was 79.33%.Score of ICU nurses' humanistic care concept(26.75 ± 3.70);The score of humanistic care ability of ICU nurses was(28.11 ± 3.38).The score of humanistic care knowledge of ICU nurses was(28.61±3.03).The score of ICU nurses' humanistic care perception was(31.56±4.09).3.The total score of ICU nurses' empathy was(104.25±10.55),and the total score of communication ability was(213.03±18.45).4.One-way analysis of variance of ICU nurses showed: different titles(F = 4.471,p =0.009),different working hours(F = 4.471,p = 0.009),gender(t = 4.340,p = 0.038),status of only child(t = 4.977,p = 0.0268),different education levels(F = 7.816,p = 0.000),family nursing(F = 9.986,P = 0.000),unit leaders care about your degree(F = 6.479,p = 0.000),whether the humanities education is standardized(t = 3.935,p = 0.000)and the emphasis on humanistic care of the hospital(F = 6.071,p = 0.003),with statistical significance(p < 0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the humanistic care quality of ICU nurses was positively correlated with each dimension and total score of empathy ability.The humanistic care quality of ICU nurses was positively correlated with their communication ability and their total scores.6.Multiple linear regression analysis results it is concluded that the main factors influencing the work unit the leadership of the concern degree,the degree of family care,whether to accept the humanistic care of standardization training,hospital degree of attention to the humanistic care,empathy ability scores and communication ability score,the six factors account for 52.9% of ICU nurses humanities quality levels..Conclusion1.The humanistic care quality of ICU nurses is generally medium,but the humanistic care concept and humanistic care perception score are relatively low;2.Factors influencing the quality of humanistic care of ICU nurses mainly include:professional title,working time in ICU,gender,one-child,education,family relationship,colleagues' concern,hospital's emphasis on humanistic care,and whether they have received humanistic care training at work.3.The humanistic care quality of ICU nurses has significant positive correlation with the total scores of empathy ability and communication ability.
