Clinical Observation Of Shebai Granule Lotion On Wound Healing After Subcutaneous Nerve Block And Free Operation For Perianal Pruritus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shebai granule lotion on wound healing after blocking subcutaneous nerve in perianal pruritus.Methods: 120 patients with perianal pruritus who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Shebai granule lotion sitz bath group(treatment group,n=60)and Jinxua n hemorrhoid fumigation lotion sitz bath group(control group,n=60),The general condition of the two groups of patients is not significantly different in gender,age,course of disease,etc.,and is comparable.SPSS 22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the pain,secretions,skin lesion standard quantitative scores and wound healing time of the two groups of patients.Results: There was no significant difference in the pain and secretion scores on the first day after operation between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 3rd,7th and 12 th days after surgery,the pain and secretion scores of the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the wound skin lesion score and wound healing time of the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the two groups of patients was 100%,no significant difference(P>0.05);There were no adverse reactions such as skin al ergies(such as pruritus,rash)in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:The First shebai granule lotion can effectively reduce the pain and secretion of wounds produced by patients with perianal pruritus subcutaneous nerve block after dissociatio n,accelerate tissue healing of wounds,shorten recovery time.Second,due to its significant clinica l efficacy,It is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
