national health promotion and education was released,which once again emphasizes that health promotion and education as an important part of health and health undertakings are important for promotion The significance of health literacy and health level of the whole people.At present,"healthy China" has become a national strategy,and people’s health has been put in the strategic position of priority development.As a strong hand and support,health promotion and education must play a good role.To do a good job in health promotion and health education,to improve the popularization of health knowledge,to improve the health literacy of the whole people,to establish a sound health education system,and to strengthen the research on health education has become an essential and important lesson.ObjectivesIn order to better understand the current situation of health education research in China,this study selected the related literatures of health education from 2012 to 2018 in CNKI database,makes comprehensive analysis from multiple perspectives,clarifies the current situation of health education research,explores its research hotspot,and explores its research frontier direction.It can provide some reference for the follow-up health education researchers to determine the research direction and research topic.At the same time,to explore the current problems and limitations of health education and health promotion,in order to benefit the research in the field of health education.Research MethodsIn this paper,the Chinese academic literature database(CNKI)was used as the literature source,the advanced search was selected,the search period was selected from 2012 to 2018,the subject classification of "medicine and health" was selected,and the journals,dissertations and conference papers were selected,in order to ensure the academic and representative nature of the literature,the subject search was carried out by "health education" or "health promotion" or "health popularization" or "health communication" or "health literacy",cut Out the irrelevant literature.Finally,a total of 2314 papers were obtained as the basic literature of this study.In this paper,literature research,word frequency analysis,CO word analysis,mutation detection and cluster analysis are used.First of all,we use Excel software to analyze the time distribution of 2314 basic literatures of this study,the situation of journals published,and the amount of papers published by authors and institutions.Then,with the help of cite space software,through its functions of word frequency analysis,CO word analysis,mutation detection and cluster analysis,we can draw the co-occurrence map of keywords,clustering map of keywords,time zone map of keywords,co-occurrence map of authors,co-occurrence map of institutions,and sort out 2314 basic literatures of this study systematically and normatively.This paper analyzes the hot areas of health education research in the past seven years by drawing the key words co-occurrence map and combining the key words frequency and centrality;on the basis of the hot spots map,mining the key words with high emergence rate as the cutting-edge theme for analysis;drawing the authors co-occurrence map and institutions co-occurrence map to analyze the high-yield authors,high-yield institutions and the academic co-occurrence in recent years The same.Main ResultsCurrent situation:the number of research papers in the field of health education in China has fluctuated continuously from 300 to 300 over the past years;there are 12 kinds of research papers published in 372 journals,21 kinds of papers with more than 30 papers,57 kinds of papers with more than 10 papers;there are 7 papers with the most authors,only one,3 with 5 papers,and 11 with 4 papers,There were 11 people who wrote 3 articles.The largest cooperative academic community is composed of 14 people,another 4-person cooperative team,3-person team,2-person cooperative team,and 5-person cooperative teams.There are 90 organizations with 2 or more articles,and 18 organizations with 3 or more articles.There are 16 organizations with the most articles,each of which has 11 articles,8 articles,7 articles,6 articles,and 5 articles.Most of them are sent separately,and there are eight groups of them in the form of bilateral cooperation.Research hotspot:through the knowledge map of key words co-occurrence,the key words with high frequency are health education,intervention effect evaluation,community,chronic disease,students,AIDS,health promotion,tuberculosis,local disease,awareness rate;the key words with high centrality are health education,community,AIDS,the elderly,rural areas,influencing factors,health knowledge,etc.Eight clusters were obtained through the key words cluster analysis.Research frontier:through the key words map,we get the key words.The order of the intensity of the key words is:acquired immune deficiency syndrome,infectious disease,health transmission,hypertension,intervention research,prevention,children’s health care,prevention and control,knowledge,health education and health promotion,role,evaluation,hand,foot and mouth disease,coronary heart disease,community hypertension,healthy body Inspection,vaccination,IDD,quality of life,community residents.By looking at the map data,we can get the historical broken line of the highlighted keywords.Conclusions and SuggestionsThis study selected the related literatures of health education from 2012 to 2018 in CNKI database,and makes an in-depth analysis of the health education research in the past 7 years from the three levels of current research status,research hot areas and research frontier topics.Finally,it is clear that:During the 7-year period,the amount of articles published in health education research literature was relatively balanced,with more kinds of periodicals published and more miscellaneous;the cooperative relationship between the authors and the publishing institutions was relatively weak,the research contents were relatively loose,and the core academic community was lacking,lack of a more extensive and in-depth research system.The eight hot areas of health education research in the past seven years are:the development of community health education and health promotion;the popularization of health literacy;the health education intervention of AIDS;the health education intervention of local diseases and infectious diseases;the health education of children and adolescents;the first level prevention intervention of prevention and control;the development of health promotion lifestyle;the health promotion and health education work Policy,mode and existing problems.The frontier themes of health education research in the past seven years can be divided into two categories:one is the increasing frontier,including hypertension,intervention research,infectious diseases,knowledge,vaccination;the other is the decreasing frontier,including AIDS,evaluation,iodine deficiency disease.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Strengthening cooperation between authors and institutions.The research on Health Education and health promotion should strengthen the cooperation between authors and institutions,form a certain academic community,and establish a more in-depth and extensive research system,it needs to be more in-depth and more feedback;2.Strengthen the effect evaluation of Health Education Research,so that evaluation research,intervention research has better feedback and guidance;3.Pay attention to the construction of talent echelon;4.Pay more attention to the health education of students the application of new media in health education and health promotion should be strengthened. |
