PURPOSE:Using diffusion tensor imaging(Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI))and combined Tract-based spatial statistics(TBSS)method to explore systemic lupus erythematosus combined with mild cognitive function Multi-parameter changes in white matter fiber bundles in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with mild cognitive impairment(SLE-MCI)provide imaging value for early diagnosis for patients with SLE-MCI.METHODS:GE 3.0T MR examination was performed on 16 SLE patients(including 10 patients in SLE-MCI group and 6 patients in SLE-nonMCI group)and 16 normal controls(HC group)to obtain DTI data.The original DTI data was performed by FSL software.Post-processing,and TBSS analysis of multiple dispersion parameters,and independent sample t test for each DTI parameter in the positive area(P<0.05).RESULTS:In the SLE-MCI patients,the diffusion parameters of abnormal brain regions were tested by independent sample t test.Compared with the normal control group,the FA values of the right anterior radiation crown,right upper radiation crown,corpus callosum,corpus callosum,left posterior radiation crown,and left anterior radiation crown were decreased.There was a statistically significant difference of<0.05;the MD values of the right anterior radiation crown,the right upper radiation crown,and the corpus callosum increased,and P<0.05 showed a statistical difference;the right cortical spinal tract,cerebellar midfoot,right inner capsule forelimb,corpus callosum,and corpus callosum DA decreased There was a statistically significant difference at P<0.05;the DR values of the upper right radiation crown and the upper right longitudinal beam increased,P<0.05 was statistically different;and the voxel was>20.CONCLUSION:After DTI combined with TBSS analysis,it is found that patients with SLE-MCI have more white matter lesions,and the lesions have a wider range,which significantly helps the early diagnosis of SLE-MCI patients.More sensitive and accurate.
