| ObjectiveThis study uses bioinformatics technology to study the degree of invasion of 22 types of immune cells in bladder cancer, and explores the relationship between tumor-infiltrating immune cells and clinical traits such as prognosis and clinical stage in bladder cancer.MethodsDownload bladder cancer related clinical data and transcript expression profile data on the official website of the TCGA database. After preprocessing the original data,CIBERSORT was used to calculate the proportion of 22 immune cells in each sample, survival analysis was performed on the collated clinical data, and the correlation between the degree of immune cell infiltration and clinicopathological characteristics.ResultTranscript expression profile data was obtained from the TCGA database, and the percentage of 22 immune cells was obtained using CIBERSORT software.Samples were screened under the condition of P<0.05,and 190 cases of bladder cancer tissue and 6 cases of normal bladder tissue were obtained. It was found that the proportion of naive B cells, memory B cells, and resting mast cells in bladder cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal bladder tissues;while resting natural killer cells,M0 macrophages, and M1 macrophages in bladder cancer tissues The proportion in is significantly higher than normal bladder tissue.Survival analysis showed that those with a high proportion of resting CD4+memory T cells had a poor prognosis, while those with a high proportion of activated CD4+memory T cells had a better prognosis. In the age group, the content of plasma cells, activated dendritic cells, resting CD4+ memory T cells and CD8+ T cells are different;in the gender group, plasma cells,CD8+T cells, neutrophils, and filters The content of vesicle helper T cells is different;in the primary tumor staging group, the content of follicular helper T cells and resting dendritic cells is different;in the clinical stage grouping, the content of M2 macrophages is different.ConclusionVarious types of immune cells infiltrate in bladder cancer.Tumor infiltrating immune cells play an important role in the prognosis of bladder cancer patients.Immune cells can be used as factors to predict the prognosis of bladder cancer. |
