Objective:To compare the application value of strain elastic imaging and shear wave elastic imaging(SWE)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast massesMethods:The study included 90 cases of breast masses found by ultrasound examination in the affiliated hospital of binzhou medical college from July to December 2017,there were 92 breast masses.SE technology and SWE technology were performed before surgery.SE was used and the diagnosis was made by 5 points. After, the Emax value of 92 breast masses was measured by SWE,and the diagnostic threshold of Emax value was obtained for diagnosis.Histopathologic results after surgery were adopted as diagnostic reference.Compared with pathological results, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SE or SWE technology were calculatedResults:The optimal cut-off value was 61.45 kPa to distinguish malignant breast solid lesions from benign for SWE.Generally, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 87.88%,86.44%and 86.96%for SE,and 84.85%,94.92%and 91.30%for SWE,respectively. The difference in diagnosis efficiency among SE and SWE in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:SE and SWE are all useful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. But the diagnosis efficiency of SWE is superior to SE.Each approach has respective advantages,it should be used flexible.
