Study On The Application Of Intelligent Management Of Patients In Hospital A

With the increasingly close relationship between "Internet +" and social life,people’s expectation for hospital informatization construction is different from the past.Represent the general trend of China’s hospital based on Internet plus.For hospital a,at present,it has basic software and hardware foundation of information management,which meets the requirements of relevant departments.But the hospital has been criticized by patients for its long queue,difficult registration and short treatment,which may lead to many unnecessary medical disputes in this process.It is an important issue for hospital a to reduce the waiting time of patients through intelligent management of patients and introduction of various intelligent facilities and equipment.This paper studies the problems existing in hospital A’s medical management and the promotion strategies of intelligent medical management.In this paper,the influencing factors of patients’ medical experience,the theory of medical information and literature were studied;secondly,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate from the perspective of medical personnel.By collecting relevant data,this paper diagnoses the existing problems and causes in hospital A’s medical management.At present,there are some problems in hospital A’s medical treatment management,such as short treatment time,low accuracy of triage and slow query of historical medical records.The main reason for these problems lies in the deficiency of hospital A’s intelligent management of medical treatment.Thirdly,in order to improve the level of hospital a’s intelligent management of medical treatment,this paper designs intelligent triage model based on deep learning and intelligent query model based on knowledge map And the key information extraction model of electronic medical records based on natural language processing,through the use of these intelligent technologies to effectively improve the level of hospital A’s medical management intelligence,and improve the bottleneck of hospital A’s medical management;finally,this paper proposes to guarantee the implementation of hospital A’s medical managementintelligence from the aspects of organizational structure,capital,human resources,etc.
