Study On Depression Of Breast Cancer Patients In Group Work From The Perspective Of Social Support

Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women.In recent years,there is a rising incidence and younger incidence in China.With the progress of modern medical technology and the continuous improvement of treatment,the survival rate of breast cancer patients is also improving.However,the physical,psychological and social damage caused by breast cancer and its treatment has not received enough attention.The investigation showed that breast cancer patients had different degrees of negative emotions,among which depression was the most significant,and depression would affect their rehabilitation effect and quality of life.Therefore,how to reduce and eliminate the depression of breast cancer patients,for this group The improvement of physical,psychological and even social life is of great significance.Under the guidance of social support theory,this study used observation method,interview method and questionnaire method,based on the objective and real presentation of depression in breast cancer patients,summed up the factors affecting the occurrence and development of depression in breast cancer patients,and analyzed and evaluated the depression in breast cancer patients from the theoretical level.According to the working methods of the group,we can construct the support network for breast cancer patients,provide professional support,emotional support and interpersonal support,meet the needs of breast cancer patients in rehabilitation information,emotional catharsis and interpersonal communication,and then achieve the purpose of relieving depression,and through the formation of.The social support network continues to help breast cancer patients with mutual aid function and problem-solving ability.Finally,according to the working practice and research of this group,the author found that there are differences in the needs of breast cancer patients in different age groups during the rehabilitation period,and the rehabilitation needs of elderly breast cancer patients focus on physical rehabilitation and quality of life improvement.At the same time,the results show that group work from the perspective of social support can effectively alleviate the depression of breast cancer patients,in which professional,emotional and interpersonal are the key intervention dimensions.In addition,the author explores and abstracts the effective service model for breast cancer patients with depression.The multi-disciplinary integration of dynamic and social support and the multi-dynamic maintenance of social support process in order to provide more effective and appropriate services for breast cancer patients and create more favorable conditions for the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.
