Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human endostatin combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid.Methods:from January 2018 to June 2019,90 patients with keloid who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,30 in each group.Group A was treated with recombinant human endostatin+CO2 laser,group B with triamcinolone acetonide+CO2 laser,and group C with CO2 laser.Three groups were treated once a month,a total of 5 times.During the treatment,all patients took tranilast capsule 200mg 3 times a day.To observe and compare the cure,symptom improvement,Vancouver scale score,itch pain score and adverse reactions before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate after 6 months follow-up.Results:The Vancouver score of keloid and itching pain symptoms of the three groups were improved in different degrees before and after treatment.The total effective rate of group A was 90%,that of group B was 80%,and that of group C was 60%.The effect of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the single CO2 laser treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of group A was higher;the three groups had different degrees of adverse reactions The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7%in group A,20%in group B and 16.7%in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the recurrence rate was 10%in group A,23.3%in group B,43.3%in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:recombinant human endostatin combined with CO2 laser is better than triamcinolone acetonide combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid,and the effect of the combined group is better than that of the CO2 laser group.Recombinant human endostatin combined with CO2 laser can be used as a new method for the treatment of keloid.
