Objectives:To explore the the correlation between PPARa and type 2 diabetic nephropathy by collecting blood and urine samples of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,in order to explore a new therapeutic strategy for type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods:Collecting a total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020.Collect basic clinical data and laboratory indicators such as blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids,24-hour proteinuria and detect serum PPARα,MDA,TGF-β by ELISA.According to the kidney disease diet improvement formula, estimate the GFR,according to the KDOQI guidelines for chronic kidney disease staging, the patients with CKD1.2stage were divided into group A,CKD3stage was divided into group B,CKD4.5 stage was divided into group C.The clinical and laboratory indexes of the three groups were compared. Then, correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of PPARa with renal function, oxidative stress, inflammation, and renal fibrosis. Finally, correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of Scr with laboratory indicators.Results:1.There were statistically significant differences in NLR,RDW,UA,MDA and TGF TGF among groups A,B and C(P<0.05).2.There were no statistically significant differences in PPARa among groups A,B and C(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that PPARa was positively correlated with MDA and TGF-β(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation among BUN,Scr,eGFR,24-hour proteinuria,NLR,RDW with PPARα(P>0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that UA was positively correlated with Scr,RDW,TGF-β,MDA and 24-hour proteinuria(P<0.05);There was no significant correlation between UA and NLR(P>0.05).4.Correlation analysis showed that Scr was positively correlated with Neu,NLR,RDW,UA,TGF-β,MDA and 24-hour proteinuria(P<0.05);Scr was negatively correlated with Lym,RBC and HB(P<0.001).Conclusions:1.In patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,NLR,RDW,UA,MDA,and TGF-β change with the progression of the disease.2.PPARa may be involved in oxidative stress and fibrosis in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.3.NLR and RDW are simple, rapid and inexpensive indicators of renal function and inflammation in early response to type 2 diabetic nephropathy.4.UA may be one of the early indicators of oxidative stress, inflammation and renal fibrosis in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
