Objective: To investigate the screening and diagnosis value of acoustic radiation force impulse imaging(ARFI)of quantitative techniques in combination with superb microvascular imaging(SMI)in early breast cancer.Methods: 160 cases with main manifestations of breast lump who visited our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observational objects.All patients accepted examinations of ARFI and SMI,The SWV(shear wave velocity)measured by ARFI,when SMV?3.33m/s,it was diagnosed as breast cancer.If "x.xxm/s" appeared in the measurement,it means that SWV value exceeded the upper limit of its measurement value,so it was determined as positive,when SMV < 3.33m/s was diagnosed as negative,it was diagnosed as benign disease.SMI selected to record the number of microvessels in breast masses and then graded them.Consistence of ARFI examination results,SMI examination results,ARFI+ SMI examination results with pathological results and sensitivity,specificity were compared.Results: In those 160 cases,124 cases were diagnosed as early breast cancer by pathological results.The diagnosis rate of breast cancer was 72.3%,and 36 cases were benign.Results of ARFI examination,SMI examination and ARFI + SMI examination respectively had a fair degree,a fair degree and a excellent degree consistence with pathological results(Kappa=0.569,0.529 0.880,all P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of ARFI examination,SMI examination and ARFI + SMI examination were 79.8% and 88.9%,78.2% and 86.1%,95.2% and 97.2% respectively with all statistical differences in different examinations in sensitivity(P<0.05)and no statistical differences in different examinations in specificity(P>0.05).And sensitivity of ARFI + SMI examination were statistically higher than those of ARFI examination and SMI examination(both P<0.05).Conclusion: ARFI examination and SMI examination are both important examinations in screening and diagnosing early breast cancer.And combination application of those two examinations can Improve the sensitivity and specificity of screening diagnosis,avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis to the greatest extent,and reduce unnecessary invasive diagnosis or treatment for patients.Clinically,combination of ARFI examination and SMI examination can be choosed to screen and diagnose early breast cancer according specific conditions.
