| Objectives:The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of cognitive and muscle relaxation intervention on anxiety, depression, sleep quality and breast-feeding knowledge of women with second birth scar uterus, and to provide reference for improving the psychological status of women with second birth scar uterus. Methods:In Changsha City,102 cases of women with second birth scar uterus who were in obstetrics department of a tertiary hospital from March 2019 to December2019 were randomly selected as the research objects of this study. The subjects were randomly divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(51cases).Control group: routine nursing.Observation group: conventional nursing and cognitive combined with muscle relaxation training intervention.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating scale of sleep(SRSS)and breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire were used to evaluate before intervention and on the day of discharge.Anxiety, depression, sleep status and breastfeeding knowledge of women with scar uterus in the observation group and the control group were analyzed, and the intervention effect was compared and analyzed.Results:(1)Before intervention: there was no significant difference in general data between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety, depression, sleep quality and breastfeeding knowledge between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).(2)Before and after the intervention, the anxiety of the observation group and the control group was compared: before and after the intervention,by paired sample t test, the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly different(P < 0.05),but the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).By chi square test, there was significant difference in the incidence of anxiety among women with scar uterus in the observation group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of anxiety in the control group(P > 0.05)(3)Before and after the intervention, the comparison of depression between the observation group and the control group: by paired sample t test, the difference of depression score of women with scar uterus in the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).By chi square test, the difference in the incidence of depression in the observation group was statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of depression in the control group(P > 0.05)(4)Before and after the intervention, the comparison of sleep status between the intervention group and the control group: after paired sample t test, there was a significant difference in the sleep quality score of women with scar uterus in the observation group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05);the chi square test showed that there was significant difference in the incidence of sleep disorders in the observation group(P < 0.05),but therewas no significant difference in the incidence of sleep disorders in the control group(P > 0.05)(5)Comparison of breast-feeding mastery between the observation group and the control group before and after the intervention: by paired sample t test, there was significant difference in breast-feeding mastery of women with scar uterus in the observation group(P < 0.05),and the difference in breast-feeding mastery of women with scar uterus in the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(6)After intervention: the observation indexes of the observation group and the control group were compared. The differences of anxiety, depression and sleep quality between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the incidence of anxiety, depression and sleep disorder was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)It is recognized that the combined muscle relaxation intervention program can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of women with second birth scar uterus.(2)It is recognized that the combined muscle relaxation intervention program can better enable women with second birth scar uterus to master breastfeeding knowledge, improve sleep quality and promote postpartum rehabilitation. |
