| Objective: To study the specific method of endovascular interventional treatment for arteriovenous malformation of cerebellum complicated with anterior inferior cerebellar aneurysms related to blood flow. Methods: A retrospective analysis method was used to study 10 cases of cerebellar arteriovenous malformations received in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2019.The patient needs to meet the following conditions: the anterior inferior cerebellar artery(AICA)serves as the main blood supply artery, and an aneurysm is combined with the AICA.We have collected the clinical information of relevant patients as below: age,gender,Hunt-Hess classification, volume of arteriovenous malformation(AVM),branch of AICA,presence or absence of other supplying arteries, location and number of aneurysms above AICA,the drainage vein pattern of AVM,Spetzler-Martin classification and embolization in the course of treatment process, presence or absence of complications, and m RS classification of clinical prognosis so that we can explore the method and clinical effect of endovascular therapeutic consideration for arteriovenous malformation feeding by anterior inferior cerebellar artery with aneurysmResults: Each patient will be followed up by DSA 6-12 months after discharge and will be followed up by telephone for 6 months to 6 years. The postoperative effect adopts the m RS scoring mechanism. After the operation,9 of 10 patients recovered well, and 8 patients had m RS score of 0.Among the 8 patients,1 patient with facial muscle spasm disappeared after the operation, and 1 patient with trigeminal neuralgia disappeared after the operation.Onepatient with an m RS score of 2 points had no new neurological dysfunction after the operation. The last patient died of cerebellar hemorrhage 6 hours after surgery, and the cause of death was initially determined to be AVM rupture again. Conclusions: When choosing a choosing a surgical plan, the relative anatomical relationship between AICA aneurysm and cerebellar arteriovenous malformation must be strictly evaluated,so as to better perform personalized treatment.Intravascular interventional therapy for cerebellar arteriovenous malformation combined with AICA blood flow-related aneurysms can obtain good surgical results. |
