The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Huoxue Method And Its Influences Of Myocardial Energy Expenditure

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Method on HFpEF.The clinical efficacy of HFpEF was judged by TCM syndrome score,plasma NT-proBNP concentration,and MEE changes,which in order to offers new methods of treatmentMethods:68 cases of HFpEF(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)that met the criteria for inclusion were divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups of patients received routine treatment in the hospital,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Yixin Decoction under the law of Yiqi Huoxue Method for 2 weeks.The effects of Yiqi Huoxue Method were evaluated by comparing serum NT-ProBNP,changes in TCM syndrome scores,and MEE before and after treatment in the two groups.To assess safety of this treatment,the changes in blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment were observed in the two groups as indicatorsResult:1.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes scores:Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);The score decreased more significantly(p<0.01),and the improvement rate of total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05)2.Comparison of serum NT-proBNP levels:Compared with before treatment,the serum NT-proBNP concentration of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);compared with the control group,the serum of the treatment group NT-proBNP concentration decreased more significantly(p<0.01)3.Comparison of MEE levels:Compared with before treatment,the MEE level of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);compared with the control group,the serum MEE level of the treatment group decreased more significantly(p<0.05)4.Safety analysis:Compare the blood and urine routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05)In conclusion:Treatment of HFpEF(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with Yiqi Huoxue Method can improve patients’ TCM syndrome scores and reduce serum NT-proBNP and MEE levels.
