Objective:Comparison with patients who did not undergo breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,Research impact on the quality of life in breast cancer patients after Delay-Immediate breast reconstruction.Materials and Methods:Twenty female patients who underwent radical mastectomy and radiotherapy in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected and twenty female patients who underwent Delay-Immediate breast reconstruction and needed radiotherapy, were divided into control group and study group.Patients in the two groups were observed and followed up.The tissue expansion time, water injection volume, and prosthetic replacement volume were recorded in the two groups, and the incidence of postoperative complications and 6 months after operation were compared in the two groups(For study group the end of the second-stage operation is the standard)The quality of life and satisfaction of patients are compared and analyzed. The data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS22.0,using independent sample T test and M-U test, with P <0.05 as the significant difference.Result: 1.Comparative analysis of postoperative complications: 1 case of subcutaneous effusion occurred in the control group, accounting for 5%;no breast pain, hematoma, infection, unhealed incision, fat liquefaction, and capsule contracture were not found. One patient in the study group had fat liquefaction, accounting for 5%;no breast pain, hematoma, infection, unhealed incision, subcutaneous fluid,or capsular contracture occurred.A total of 1 patient in the control group experienced postoperative complications with a probability of 5%;a total of 1 patient in the study group experienced complications with a 5% probability;there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the control group and the study group(p> 0.05)2.Evaluation of the quality of life of patients: The evaluation results of the Chinese version of the Quality of Life Measurement Scale for Breast Cancer Patients(FACT-B)showed that the study group scored in the areas of physiological status, social / family status, emotional status, functional status, and other conditions(12.1±2.45 vs 9.10±2.05),(16.45±2.31 vs 12.35±3.30),(16.70±2.30 vs 10.45±2.11),(12.75±1.80 vs9.85±1.93),(20.60±3.58 vs 18.05±2.04)Compared with the control group,it has a significant improvement in each area(P <0.05),indicating that delayed-immediate breast reconstruction has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients after radical breast cancer surgery. Conclusion: Delayed-Immediate Breast Reconstruction has simple operation, good effect, and can effectively avoid the appearance of capsular contracture and stage II breast reconstruction after immediate breast reconstruction in patients who need radiotherapy. The psychological disorder caused by the lack of breasts and the damage of the second female's characteristics significantly improves the patients' life treatment, which is an indispensable and important part of the clinical treatment of breast cancer today.
