Objective: Use synchronous electroencephalography-functional magnetic resonance imaging(EEG-f MRI),To explore the correlation of the functional connectivity(FC)between EEG and f MRI in the resting-state normal human brain, and further calculate the correlation between their global brain network efficiency. Methods: Fifteen healthy volunteers were recruited to perform simultaneous EEG-f MRI scans with their eyes closed. The acquisition time was 10 minutes, and the EEG physiological signals of 32 electrodes were collected. The EEG data was calculated by independent component analysis(ICA)and standard low-resolution electromagnetic tomography(s LORETA)techniques. The e LORETA software was used to calculate the correlation between the regions of interest. We select Pearson correlation test on MR data to calculate functional connections between time series of brain regions of interest..For the calculation of whole brain efficiency, select the ALL(anatomical automatic labeling)template and use Gretna software to analyze the topological properties. For the two groups of data, the MATLAB 2014 b software was used to calculate the correlation between EEG and f MRI functional connections using the Pearson correlation test, the significance level was P <0.01,and then the brain area connection pairs with significant correlation were evaluated by canonical correlation analysis. Results: The correlation between f MRI and the function connection of EEG in ? and ? bands was more than that in function of f MRI connected to EEG in ? and ? bands.Among the first two pairs of variables in the Canonical correlation analysis of ?-band EEG and f MRI,Some of the connection pairs with related relationships are in the same brain region, such as BA3-BA5,BA5-BA7,BA6-BA9.The somatosensory cortex region may be a point of contact for further exploration of brain electrophysiological activity and vascular responses related to brain activity based on the BOLD effect. For the correlation calculation of whole brain topology of MR and EEG,the results were not statistically significant. Conclusion: In normal people's resting-state,the correlation between lower frequency EEG and f MRI is more extensive. In frontal, parietal and somatosensory cortical regions, the functional connection of EEG ? waves and the functional connection of f MRI are more significant.EEG and f MRI did not show a significant correlation in brain network efficiency.
