Objective:By comparing the changes of gross and fine motor function indexes of children with cerebral palsy before and after ITBs treatment and the effect of ITBs treatment on motor evoked potential of children with cerebral palsy,To explore the effect of iTBS(intermittent theta burst stimulation)model magnetic stimulation on children with cerebral palsy movement function, for provides the basis clinical application of iTBS mode magnetic stimulation treatment on cerebral palsy. Methods:Twelve cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy who had been undergoing regular rehabilitation training in our hospital for a long time were selected.During the participation period,iTBS treatment was added on the basis of fixed rehabilitation treatment.Respectively to assess GMFM-88(gross motor function measure-88),FMFM(Fine motor function measure scale),MEP(motor evoked potential)incubation period, compare the change of the relevant indicators,to observe the therapeutic effects increase iTBS treatment before and after treatment.Fixed rehabilitation treatment including exercise therapy, exercise therapy a total of 1.5 hours lasted for 6months.ITBS for mature three pulse treatment, within the cluster frequency 50 hz,5 hz frequency between the plexus, with 100% MT(movement threshold),the stimulus for 2seconds,intermittent 10 seconds,a total of 900 pulse number, stimulate the limb dysfunction is the most serious one side of the brain cortex motor area(M1),five days a week, treatment once a day,a total of 2 months(total 40 times).Results:1.The differences of gmfm-88 score,FMFM score and MEP incubation period of the subjects in the first evaluation, the second evaluation, the third evaluation and the fourth evaluation were statistically significant.2.Pairwise comparison of the first, second, third and fourth assessment results of gmfm-88 and FMFM showed statistical significance(P < 0.001),among which the second and third assessment results showed the most significant change.3.The change of the four evaluation MEP incubation period, the first assessment and evaluation of the difference was statistically significant(P =0.037),the first and the third, four evaluation difference had statistical significance(P <0.001),the second assessment and evaluation of the third and fourth time difference had statistical significance(P < 0.001),the third and fourth assessment difference was statistically significant(P =0.001).4.The time intervals of the four assessments were the same, among which, the latency period of MEP was the most significantly shortened before and after the increase of iTBS treatment, that is,between the second and third assessment. Conclusion: 1.Regular routine rehabilitation treatment is of positive significance for the improvement and maintenance of motor function in children with cerebral palsy;2.iTBS mode magnetic stimulation can significantly improve the gross motor function and fine motor function of children with cerebral palsy.Combined with regular routine rehabilitation treatment programs,it can shorten the treatment time and significantly enhance the treatment effect.3.iTBS mode magnetic stimulation can significantly enhance the excitability of the affected cerebral cortex and contribute to the improvement of corticospinal tract conduction.3.After iTBS mode magnetic stimulation treatment, the efficacy of increased gross and fine motor function and improvement of cortical excitability were maintained for at least 2 months.
