| Objective:To explore the correlation between breast cancer patients in China and their sex hormone levels. Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other databases were searched, and case-control studies on the relationship between sex hormone levels and breast cancer were collected. Two researchers screened and extracted relevant literature, and applied the Jadad scale.Literature quality evaluation. The search time range is from the establishment of the database to August 31,2019,and the search languages are Chinese and English,Meta-analysis of the included studies was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results:A total of 14 case-control studies were included in the meta-analysis,including 1350 women with breast cancer and 1098 women with non-breast cancer.Meta analysis results showed that the level of estradiol in the premenopausal case group was higher than that in the control group(SMD=0,50,95%CI:0.30 to 0.70),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0,00001);The level was higher than the control group(SMD=0.62,95%CI:0.49 to 0.75),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001);the testosterone level in the postmenopausal case group was higher than the control group(SMD=0.32,95%CI:0.17~0.47),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.0001).Sensitivity analysis suggested that the difference in estradiol and testosterone levels between the case group and the control group was reliable. Conclusion:Estrogen testosterone is related to the occurrence of breast cancer, and the levels of estrogen and testosterone in breast cancer patients are increased. |
