Effect Of ¹²⁵I Seed Implantation Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of NSCLC Patients

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of 125 I radioactive seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Methods: 73 cases of ?b?IV NSCLC patients treated in Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were reviewed.The patients were divided into combined group according to the treatment plan.Patients in combination group were treated with 125 I radioactive seeds interstitial implantation combined with chemotherapy,and patients in chemotherapy group were treated with chemotherapy alone.The specific regimens were as follows:The regimens for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of lung were: GP regimen(gemcitabine 1000-1250mg/m2 D1,D8 + cisplatin 25mg/m2 d1-3 or carboplatin AUC=5-6d1;The above programs are 21 days/cycle,a total of 4 cycles.Patients with lung adenocarcinoma program selection: PC program is:The chemotherapy regimen was the same as that of chemotherapy alone.Results:Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 58.33%,The total effective rate of chemotherapy group was 32.43%,Combination group was better than chemotherapy group.The scores of physical function,social function and emotional function in the combined group were(73.29±5.39),(66.21±3.82)and(65.50±3.82)respectively,and those in the chemotherapy group were(66.20±4.29),(60.01±4.13)respectively.Divide and(56.60±4.11),the combined group was significantly higher than the chemotherapy group(P < 0.001),and the combined group was significantly lower than the chemotherapy group(P < 0.001)(20.01±8.29)Divide.Chemotherapy group: fatigue,Pain and appetite scores were(50.11 ± 6.23)The median overall survival time was 14.00 months(95% CI: 13.10-14.90 months)in the combination group,and 9.00 months(95% CI: 8.3-8.15 months)in the chemotherapy group.9.7 months),the combined group was significantly higher than the chemotherapy group.(?2=16.305 P <0.05).Chemotherapy group Two groups of adverse reactions,implantation of particles into tumor in the joint group after a small amount of hemoptysis in sputum in 7 cases,10 cases of mild pneumothorax,without special treatment after natural remission,no particle loss,particle displacement and other serious complications.Alopecia and so on,mainly for the who standard I ? II degree,no serious liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:In this study,the effective rate of combination group was superior to that of chemotherapy alone in the last 3 months;The scores of physical function,social function and emotional function in patients treated with combination chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in patients treated with chemotherapy alone,while the scores of fatigue,pain and appetite were significantly lower.The median overall survival time of the combined group was significantly longer than that of the chemotherapy alone group.Higher than those treated with chemotherapy alone.Although 1251 seed implantation treatment of advanced NSCLC patients with more side effects than chemotherapy alone,but generally do not need special treatment,can be naturally alleviated,in summary,125 I radioactive seed interstitial implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC has a good effect,can improve the median survival time of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
