The development of modern medicine needs the help of high-tech medical equipment,how to ensure the normal operation of these medical equipment and to exert its maximum social and economic benefits is a problem that comes with it.The core of this problem is how to do a good job in equipment maintenance management..With the vigorous development of computer information technology,medical equipment maintenance management methods have entered the information stage.The traditional manual management methods have many shortcomings: cumbersome management,heavy workload,low data processing efficiency and high error rate.In order to improve the efficiency of medical equipment maintenance management,reduce the various drawbacks of traditional management models,improve the level of hospital equipment maintenance management,according to the actual needs of the hospital,this paper designs and develops the medical equipment maintenance management system with the help of computer network technology.Hospital Medical Equipment Maintenance Management System is a comprehensive application and maintenance equipment information base.Therefore,in order to design and develop such a powerful information system,object-oriented JAVA language is used to write the code.At the same time,B/S architecture and MVC design pattern are used to facilitate the logical management of system functions.The main contents of this paper can be divided into the following aspects:(1)Deeply grasp the needs of Hospital,understand the development of the medical equipment maintenance management system,investigate the requirements of each department of the hospital,focus on the medical device use department and the medical engineering department.Through a series of detailed research,understand the suggestions of various departments for system development,then determine the functional modules needed by the system.(2)System module design.The system is divided into four modules: system management,maintenance management,preventive maintenance,and equipment loss reporting.Focus on the stability and simplicity of the system during the design process.(3)The implementation of the system.Use the timing diagram to plan the system flow in detail,and use Java and other technologies to develop the front end and the background.In order to improve the data processing capacity of the system and make the system react in the first time,the Oracle database and related software and hardware were selected to implement the system.(4)Developed a mobile version of the system that allows engineers to handle maintenance tasks on their mobile phones.(5)Statistical analysis using the generated maintenance data.After adopting this maintenance management system,the department responsible for repairing medical equipment can quickly receive requests,increase the timeliness of medical equipment maintenance,reduce the cumbersome process in the middle,and greatly facilitate the management of various departments and improve medical work.Efficiency and patient satisfaction have produced good social and economic benefits.
