| The purpose of this study is to explore the multiple mediators of construal level,selfcontrol,and attractiveness of unhealthy eating in consideration of future consequences and intake frequency of unhealthy eating.Using the consideration of future consequences scale,behavior identification scale,concise self-control scale and unhealthy eating questionnaire,470 residents were surveyed to measure their level of consideration of future consequences,construal level,self-control and the attractiveness and intake frequency of unhealthy eating.The results show that:(1)The difference test of consideration of future consequences shows that the degree of consideration of future consequences of men is significantly lower than that of women;the degree increases with age;with the improvement of education level,the degree becomes higher;the degree of the group with poorer physical health were more lower than those with better physical health;groups that consistently eat breakfast had higher degree;people with higher degrees were more likely to eat more regularly.(2)The difference test of construal level shows that the construal level of women is significantly higher than the construal level of men;the groups with better physical health have higher construal level than the groups with lower physical health;people with higher levels were more likely to eat more regularly.(3)The difference test of self-control shows that the self-control level of men is significantly lower than that of women;as the age increases,the level of self-control increases;from the junior high school to the high school stage,the level of self-control gradually becomes lower.After the high school stage,the higher the degree,the higher the level of self-control;the harder you exercise,eat breakfast,and eat regularly,the higher the level of self-control.(4)The test of the difference in attractiveness of unhealthy eating shows that men’s desire to eat unhealthy foods is significantly lower than that of women;groups who never or occasionally exercise have a significantly higher desire to eat unhealthy foods than those who have been exercising;dieting group’s desire for an unhealthy foods is significantly higher than the group who are not on a diet.(5)The difference test of unhealthy eating intake shows that the intake frequency of unhealthy eating of men is significantly higher than that of women;the older the age,the less the intake frequency of unhealthy eating;the f intake frequency of unhealthy eating gradually increases in junior and senior high school stages.After that stage,with the improvement of education,the intake frequency of unhealthy eating has gradually decreased;the intake frequency of unhealthy eating of the groups with poor physical health is significantly higher than that of the general,better,and very good health groups;the intake frequency of unhealthy eating of the group that has always eaten breakfast is significantly lower than other groups;the more regular the diet,the lower the intake frequency of unhealthy eating,the more irregular the diet,the higher the intake frequency of unhealthy eating.(6)Correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations between consideration of future consequences,construal level,self-control and the attractiveness and intake frequency of unhealthy eating.(7)The mediation effect test showed that consideration of future consequences significantly negatively predict intake of unhealthy eating,and construal level,selfcontrol,and attractiveness of unhealthy eating play multiple mediating roles between consideration of future consequences and intake frequency of unhealthy eating. |
