| Objectives:(1)To explore the prognostic risk factors of patients with septic shock;(2)To explore the correlation between the clinical dose of norepinephrine and the prognosis of patients with septic shock. Methods: Retrospective study and analysis of septic shock patients(a total of 300 cases)admitted in the Department of Intensive Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical College from June 2017 to March 2019.According to the life and death of the patients within 28 days, all patients were divided into survival groups and In the death group, the single-factor analysis was used to screen out the indicators related to the prognosis of patients with septic shock, and then the independent risk factors that affected the prognosis of patients with septic shock were selected by multivariate analysis Logistic regression. The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to complete the screening of independent risk factors continuous variables for predicting the prognosis of septic shock patients. The area under the curve(AUC))To be done. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to compare the survival rates of patients in the high-dose and low-dose groups. Results: Univariate analysis showed that the maximum dose of norepine kidney, cumulative dose of norepine kidney,APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,pre-ICU department, basic disease(respiratory disease, liver cirrhosis),ICU average in survival group and death group Differences in general data such as fluid output are statistically significant. The above statistically significant indicators are combined into multi-factor Logistic regression. The results obtained are: the maximum dose and total dose of norepinephrine, invasive mechanical ventilation,ICU The average fluid output, transfer to the pre-ICU department, and APACHE Ⅱ score were significantly correlated with mortality in patients with septic shock.Conclusions:(1)The maximum dose and total dose of norepinephrine, invasive mechanical ventilation, average ICU fluid output, transfer to the pre-ICU department, and APACHE Ⅱ score are independent risk factors related to the prognosis of septic shock patients.(2)The amount of norepinephrine used in patients with septic shock can reflect the prognosis of patients with septic shock. |
