| Purpose:By testing in a health management center of Hangzhou health check-up crowd of cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes, combining with the laboratory results of stroke risk factors and unhealthy life style,to explore cerebral vascular hemodynamic detect joint laboratory results of various risk factors in early screening of stroke risk in application effect, for early screening, early diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy, and provide certain scientific basis for early treatment.Method:Selection of 2017-2019 cerebrovascular hemodynamic detection, and fill out the unhealthy lifestyle questionnaire check-up crowd.Collect and record into the study of the object’s name, gender, age, marital status, record height, weight, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and other basic information, and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA)and homocysteine(Hcy),and other laboratory results.Unhealthy lifestyle includes diet, sleep, exercise, drinking and smoking.Combined with the indicators of cerebral vascular hemodynamics, the risk of stroke among all subjects was grouped. All data were uniformly input into Excel software for sorting and analysis, and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis.Quantitative data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, while qualitative data were expressed as cases and percentages.Chi-square test and analysis of variance were used for inter-group comparison. To compare the gender, age, laboratory test results, and unhealthy lifestyle among different stroke risk groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between stroke risk and stroke risk factors exposure.Result:A total of 38,330 subjects were divided into four groups according to CVHI scores,CVHI > 75 was normal;A CVHI score less than or equal to 75 is a risk group for stroke: high-risk group,medium-risk group and low-risk group. There were no statistically significant differences between the four groups in unhealthy lifestyle and diet imbalance and sleep deprivation(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between the four groups and six stroke risk factors(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group, subjects with hypertension had a 297.8% increased risk of stroke.Subjects with dyslipidemia had a 179.5% increased risk of stroke.Overweight or obese subjects had an 85.3% increased risk of stroke.Subjects with high homocysteine had a 102.7% increased risk of stroke.Subjects with high uric acid had a 22.8% increased risk of stroke.Subjects with diabetes had a 41.2% increased risk of stroke. Those who exercised less than twice a week had a 28 percent increased risk of cerebrovascular disease compared with those who exercised at least twice a week. Those who drank alcohol had a 55.4% increased risk of stroke.Smokers in the study had a 49.0 percent increased risk of stroke. Conclusion:The proportion of men at risk of stroke is higher than that of women. The proportion of stroke risk in people over 40 is higher than that in people under 40;The main risk factors for stroke were High blood pressure, dyslipidemia, homocysteine, overweight or obesity. The main unhealthy lifestyle for lack of exercise, drinking, smoking. To use more intuitive and cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes as stroke risk evaluation index, understanding cerebrovascular hemodynamic factors was abnormal in all kinds of diseases and unhealthy life style, for stroke risk factors exposed people positive and effective intervention measures,do a good job in primary prevention, control the risk of stroke. |
