Objective:?1?To analysis the influencing factors of female hyperhomocysteinemia;?2?To study the correlation between estrogen and its influencing factors;?3?To explore the effects of estrogen and other related indicators on female hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods:?1?A case-control study method was used to randomly select 428 female patients with hyperhomocysteinemia who were hospitalized in a third-level grade-A hospital in Hunan Province from May 2018 to November 2019 as the case group.A total of 988 female patients with non-hyperhomocysteinemia who were hospitalized in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.?2?Collect the general demographic characteristics, physique measurement indicators, clinical physiological and biochemical detection indicators of all the survey respondents.?3?EpiData 3.1was used to establish the database and corect the data input.SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the results of the data.Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression for analysis of influencing factors of female hyperhomocysteinemia;Using the spearman to analyze the correlation between estradiol and related indicators;Logistic regression multiplication model was used to analyze the interaction between estradiol and related factors, and use path analysis to explore indirect and direct correlations between factors.Results:?1?A total of 1416 people were surveyed. The age range was21 to 80 years, and the average age was?60.82±11.10?years.Among them, there were 428 cases of hyperhcyemia,988 cases of control group.?2?Single factor analysis of influencing factors of hyperhomocy-steinemia shows that age, area of residence, marital status, education level, annual household income, exercise status, egg intake, fruit intake, tea drinking,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,hsCRP,T,Scr,BUN,CysC and E2 are statist-ically significant between the tw0 groups.?3?Multi-factor analysis shows that Age?70 years old?OR=3.749,95%CI:2.063?6.813?,TG?1.70mmol/L?OR=1.556,95%CI:1.186?2.042?,LDL-C?4.25mmol/L?OR=3.435,95%CI:1.270?9.295?,BUN?8.3mmol/L?OR=1.953,95%CI:1.104?3.455?,Scr?100?mol/L?OR=8.069,95%CI:2.569?25.342?,CysC?1.09mg/L?OR=27.077,95%CI:3.579?204.838?is a risk factor for hyperhomocysteinemia.High estradiol level is a protective factor for women with hyperhomocyemia. The risk of hyperhomocyemia with estradiol levels in the tertile interval is 0.427 times that of the control group?95%CI:0.289?0.631?.The risk of hyperHcyemia with alcohol levels in the quartile range is 0.422 times that of the control group?95%CI:0.286?0.623?.?4?Spearman correlation analysis shows that estradiol is negatively correlated with Hcy,BUN,LDL-C,CysC,Scr;?5?Path analysis shows that among the direct and total effects,E2 is the most important factor affecting Hcy level from path analysis results. From the perspective of total effects, the effect in the order of strong to weak is E2?-0.125?,CysC?-0.067?,LDL?-0.063?,BUN?-0.056?.Conclusions:?1?High estradiol level is protective factors of female hyperhomocysteinemia;Senior,TG,LDL-C,BUN,Scr,TP,PT and Cys C are risk factors of hyperhomocysteinemia;?2?Estradiol is negatively correlated with Hcy,BUN,LDL-C,CysC,Scr;?3?The constructed and fitted model path map has a good fitting index, and the model is more reasonable.Estradiol is a direct protective factor for female hyperhcy, and LDL-C and Cys C are both important factors affecting Hcy level in direct effects.
