Nursing service is an important part of medical and health services in China.In recent years,with the development strategy of "healthy China",the deepening of medical and health system reform,and the proposal of "further improvement of medical service action plan",as the main force of the medical and health system of Zigong City,the nursing service of the third level hospital of Zigong City has been developing well in general and the level of nursing service has been promoted by the national policies such as the aging of population and the opening of the second child policy And the quality has been greatly improved,especially in changing the clinical nursing mode,innovating the nursing service mode,improving the nursing management level,improving the patient satisfaction and so on.It has played an increasingly important role in the development of medical and health undertakings in Zigong City.At the same time,with the improvement of material living standards,people's medical needs are becoming more and more diversified,and there are higher standards and requirements for nursing service.At present,from the perspective of nursing quality,the nursing service lags behind the rapidly developing medical level and the patients' medical expectation,which reduces the people's sense of acquisition and happiness.From the perspective of nursing management mode,the management mechanism of nursing human resources and the performance distribution mechanism are not perfect,and the training of nursing talents is insufficient,which restricts the future development of nursing.How to further improve the quality of nursing work and raise the level of nursing service has become an important issue in the development of medical and health undertakings.In this paper,through the investigation of patients,nursing staff and nursing managers,the status quo of nursing service in tertiary hospitals is understood.In the survey of awareness and satisfaction of hospitalized patients,200 hospitalized patients were investigated in terms of ward environment,nursing service provision,nursing skills,nursing humanistic care,etc.In the survey of nurses' awareness and satisfaction,150 nurses were investigated in terms of workload,salary,nursing management and working environment.In the in-depth interview,10 nursing managers in different positions were interviewed individually on the aspects of nursing management and nursing quality control,etc.,and the existing shortcomings of nursing service in Zigong tertiary hospital were found out,such as insufficient implementation of nursing service concept,insufficient nurse-patient communication,relatively insufficient human resources,insufficient rationality of work flow,etc.In view of these deficiencies,the necessity and importance of further improving nursing service were analyzed.After that,according to the experience of many hospitals at home and abroad in nursing service,combined with the actual work of the tertiary hospitals in Zigong city,relevant improvement measures were put forward,and it was clear that to push the tertiary hospitals in Zigong city to a new level in nursing service,it was necessary to strengthen the work and innovate the work measures in service concept,team building,management training,optimizing the process,creating the environment,perfecting the guarantee,expanding the service,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant measures to improve the nursing service,such as strengthening the concept of high-quality nursing service,strengthening the construction of nursing talent team,strengthening the management of nursing quality,training high-quality management team,mobilizing the enthusiasm of nursing staff,optimizing the nursing service process,improving the nursing service environment,improving the nursing support system,expanding the service field,etc.,hoping to use this Some measures should be taken to improve the management level and service quality,to provide systematic and scientific basis for nursing management departments to formulate work measures,to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals in the medical industry,and to improve the medical experience of patients.
