In recent years,hospitals are gradually adopting electronic healthcare records(EMR)to record patient's medical information,which has greatly improved convenience.Patients can realize the sharing of their medical data through data sharing platforms.However,traditional medical data sharing platforms have big problems,such as low efficiency,differences in electronic medical record standards,and inability to share in real time.Especially,the privacy of medical data and the centralized storage of medical data have severely hindered the sharing of medical data between patients and hospitals,and the data information stored in various medical institutions is easily stolen by illegal organizations due to the drive of interests.Those problems have greatly hindered the further development of electronic medical recordsBlockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,security and trustworthiness,collective maintenance and immutability,so it is suitable for data protection and sharing fields.A lot of research has been done on the sharing of medical data at home and abroad,but there is no effective solution for the privacy protection of medical data.Therefore,in view of the lack of privacy protection of medical data,this paper studies the use of blockchain to realize the secure storage and sharing of electronic medical records.Regarding the leakage of private information and the difficulty of sharing,first of all,this paper proposes a privacy protection data sharing model based on consortium chain.For data privacy leakage,(p,?,k)anonymous privacy algorithm is proposed,and medical data is processed by the algorithm and stored in IPFS.In order to limit the user's access rights,an error correction code Hash function is designed.Through theoretical analysis and experimental results,the proposed consortium blockchain and(,,6))privacy anonymity algorithm model can realize data security sharing between patients and hospitals under the premise of protecting data privacy.Compared with the previous model,the model has the advantages of fewer nodes,less main chain pressure,better fault tolerance and complete control of the patient's EMR.Secondly,considering the distribution and admission of hospitals,it was found that the characteristics of the public blockchain are more suitable as the underlying system architecture.So a privacy protection data sharing scheme is proposed based on private blockchain and public blockchain to solve the problem of EMR privacy information leakage and difficult sharing.In addition,a node authentication mechanism based on ECC and ABAC authorized access mechanism is proposed,which can solve the patient's control of EMR data and the issue of EMR data authorized access.Through theoretical analysis and experiments,it is proved that the privacy protection data sharing scheme of the private blockchain and the public blockchain can realize the secure sharing of data between patients and hospitals on the premise of protecting data privacy.Compared with previous verification mechanisms,the verification scheme is more efficient and more secure.
